Last Sunday my son and I had the pleasure of seeing Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds perform live in Boston and this Friday we are going to be seeing the band which has been called the greatest live act on the planet–Muse.
So here is Muse performing their song ‘Newborn.’

Here’s some food for thought: Over the past 100+ years the US had had five progressive presidents with four winning the Nobel Peace Prize: Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Jimmy Carter and Barry Obama. Maybe FDR couldn’t cut the mustard due to his involvement in WW II. Those Swedes have some sense of humor.

I wonder if Barry would have won it if they knew what he was going to do in Libya, Egypt, and Syria? He hasn’t quite lived up to their expectations.
