White House cabinet member who met with the IRS disappeared overseas two weeks before the scandal broke
Yesterday we learned that IRS chief William Wilkins, the only politically appointed IRS official appointed by Barack Obama, had a meeting in the White House two days before the IRS issued new regulations to target conservative groups.
I find this to be highly suspicious to say the least, but if you think this is simply a remarkable and extraordinary coincidence perhaps you should read today’s revelation.
According to this story, one day before the IRS began targeting conservative groups Jeffrey Zients, a White House cabinet member met with IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman for over eight hours. Well now that is interesting isn’t it?
But the story doesn’t end there because a mere two weeks before the scandal broke Jeffrey Zients left Barack Obama’s cabinet and headed overseas, where he remains to this day. Nobody seems to know where he is, or if they do they are not saying.
Why does this sound familiar to me? Oh yeah, this sounds eerily familiar to the story of Kevin O’Reilly: He was a White House aide whom the Oversight Committee wanted to interview in the Fast and Furious scandal only to learn that he was unavailable because he had been reassigned to Iraq.
There certainly seems to be a pattern developing here, doesn’t there? There is nothing the Obama regime will not do in order to cover up its crimes at this point and that even means lying about the status of military personnel wanted for questioning.
Case in point: Colonel George Brisol. The Oversight Committee wanted to talk to him about the Benghazi scandal (wow, three scandals in one post!) only to be told by the Pentagon that he had retired and could not be compelled to testify. The only problem with this story is the fact that it is a lie and Colonel Bristol remains on active duty and will remain on active duty until the end of July. It is clear the regime was trying to run out the clock until Colonel Bristol was actually retired and they got caught.
How much more is it going to take before the vast majority of Americans wake up and begin questioning this criminal regime? It seems as if there is nothing this man cannot get away with.

Now that was quite some find! I have some hope with Baucus over in the senate. I hear he has a lot that is coming down. We just might get a smoking gun, maybe our gal Valerie might get snagged. That would be almost as good.

Thanks, I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing Valerie get nailed when this is over!

Maybe Baucus is having some guilty feelings about Obamacare? Wonder what is happening? I would love to see Jarrett taken down, can we only hope?

Baucus is credited with writing this bill and I think he sees the trouble it is in and he doesn’t want t to take the blame for it, so he is looking to find a scapegoat.

Now, Steve. Aren’t you ashamed of yourself for continuing to dredge all these make believe scandals up from the trash? You even mentioned most of them in the same post. Are you trying to gang up on the President and use his misfortune for political advantage and gain?
Seriously, every time someone brings these things up, that’s the line we are fed. We are just making things up.

How is it that we can discuss the obvious malfeasance of this regime and Republicans are just invisible?

Just another right wing attempt to distract the public from keying in on Obama’s jobs tour. The Trevon wannabe in chief is lending creedence to the age old axiom “A hand job is better than no job.”

There are some big stories here for the press, but stories that tend ot point the finger at corruption in the Obama regime are more or less off-limit for good progressive reporters. Seems that would have to catch the man taking a dump in the middle of PA ave. before they would print the story and then only if the wind was in the wrong direction.
