Jared Kushner meets with the Congress in the Russia collusion scandal

July 24, 2017

Without question the big news of the day is Jared Kushner’s meeting with the Congress over the Russia collusion scandal. He flatly denied any collusion by him or any other member of the Trump campaign. From what I understand Mr. Kushner was not under oath but it is still a crime to lie or mislead the Congress.

As we all know, Jared Kushner failed to disclose his meeting with the Russian ambassador, and it turns out many other meetings with foreign officials, before he was given his security clearance. He is now blaming this on an aide who he claims prematurely sent in his disclosure form. Here is more:

Senior White House adviser Jared Kushner is putting blame on an assistant for issues with his security clearance form, saying there was a miscommunication when it was originally submitted.

The form initially did not list any contacts with foreign government officials, he said.

Kushner said in the week before inauguration that people at his New York office were helping him find information for his security and financial disclosure forms.

“They sent an email to my assistant in Washington, communicating that the changes to one particular section were complete; my assistant interpreted that message as meaning that the entire form was completed,” he said in the statement.

“At that point, the form was a rough draft and still had many omissions including not listing any foreign government contacts and even omitted the address of my father-in-law (which was obviously well known).”

He claims he contacted the FBI as soon as he found out about the error and has since amended his disclosure form. As most of you probably know I am not a fan of Jared Kushner and I have trouble with this story.

Although I do find it hard to believe Mr. Kushner could have possibly thought he could get away with purposely not disclosing meeting with foreign officials it still leads me to believe he and his aide exhibited gross incompetence at best. At worst this was a delaying tactic: I do not believe he was colluding with Russia however maybe he wanted to hide these contacts in the interest of expediting his security clearance.

Personally I have no confidence in Jared Kushner and he has become a liability to the President.

Kushner, Corzine, Biden, Clinton’s, Soros. Birds of a feather. Surely Trump was/is too smart not to know what a piece of shit his future son in law was before he gave his daughter away. $$$$$$$$$$$$

Yesterday was the first I really heard words of any significant number come from his mouth. I was not impressed. Could we please have some grown ups move up the ladder in Trump’s adm? This new mooch guy, I am not impressed as well. I think he riled Trump up against Sessions, thus this blistering attack of tweets this morning. Trump needs someone to tame the savage beast.. not some one to pump him up.

I agree! It is time to bring some sanity to the administration, or rather a voice of reason. Somebody who can advise and be a different voice the President can listen to.

It should be a crime to mislead Congress … _they’re misled enough already!_
Seems that the ones who should be assessing any of this aren’t involved, only the foxes.
I wonder if there’s more ‘Globalist members in Congress than Pro-Americans’? They’re taking this more serious than Benghazi, but that’s all forgotten: More Than 10,000 Days of Delays
Obama Admin’s Delays of Benghazi Documents Equivalent to Over 27 Years
What a ‘waste’ of time this is.
A bit OT but shows a different perspective and focus:

What the “in the minority democrats” and the left are doing to Trump is what the “in the majority” republicans and the right should have done to Obama to keep him and his agenda off balance. In addition Zero had Jarret Trump has Jared. Game over?

The Republicans put on a show of opposing Obama but they were not serious about it because they are part of the establishment. The Democrats are serious however and it shows, it is also telling that so many establishment Republicans also are joining in…

I don’t know if they are actually globalists themselves or whether they have just been bought and paid for by the globalists. The distinction doesn’t really matter, either way they are working for them even if it is only for personal gain, the end result is the same.
      Great video, thanks for sharing!
