FBI orders to reporters during secret Bill Clinton-Loretta Lynch meeting: ‘no photos, no pictures, no cellphones’
In the midst of the FBI and Judicial Watch’s dual investigations into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server during her tenure as Secretary of State Bill Clinton and Attorney General held was has been described as an “impromptu” secret meeting in which we have been told they discussed grandchildren and golf and did not talk about the scandal.
This meeting, coincidentally, happened shortly after a Federal Judge ordered an expansion of the investigation, seeking to find out if there was a conflict of interest between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation after the revelation that Hillary Clinton left 75 meetings with political donors and friends of the Foundation off of her official calendar. One day after the meeting the Injustice Department sought to have the release of the emails related to this expansion delayed by 27 months.
Now we are learning, according to this story, that the FBI was present and instead of ordering the two parties not to hold a meeting which obviously could be a conflict of interest, the FBI had orders for the reporters who were on the scene. Here is more:

The last several days have been pretty interesting on the email scandal front: we learned that Hillary Clinton left at least 75 meetings with political donors and friends of the Clinton Foundation off of her official State Department calendar and because of this a Federal Judge expanded the investigation into the former Secretary of State’s decision to use a personal email server during her tenure at the State Department. Then of course Bill Clinton held a private, spur of the moment meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch which was caught by a local television station and shortly thereafter the Injustice Department filed a motion in court which seeks to delay emails between Hillary Clinton and her aides concerning the Clinton Foundation for 27 months.
What a remarkable coincidence! After all how many times have we all run into a powerful, influential friend as she boarded a private plane and have taken the opportunity to discuss grandchildren and golf before takeoff? It happens all the time right?
At this point I do not trust the polls because they are all over the place and I believe they are all being spun to promote political agendas. We see polls showing Hillary Clinton with a huge lead over Donald Trump and we see others which show a tight race. We see some polls showing tight races in individual swing states and we see some polls showing Hillary Clinton winning the swing states fairly easily. As America’s Watchtower warriors know, I do not regard national polls as being reliable at all because we do not hold a national election but rather 50 individual elections.
However I do feel that national polls can be used to gauge the sentiment of the American people if not the outcome of the election and Rasmussen is considered by many to be the most accurate pollster out there today so after having declined to write about poll numbers over the last few weeks I have decided to share the results of the latest Rasmussen poll because I find the results to be interesting.
Judge expands investigation into Hillary Clinton’s dealings with Clinton Foundation donors while she was Secretary of State
Last week we learned that Hillary Clinton left 75 meetings with donors off of her official State Department calendar and it is not getting any better for the former Secretary of State. Today a Federal Judge expanded the investigation into her email account seeking to learn if she had an off the record schedule of meetings. Here is more:
A federal judge on Wednesday ordered the State Department to produce the e-mail records of Hillary Clinton’s scheduler during her tenure as secretary of state, expanding an investigation being pursued by conservative nonprofit Citizens United into the overlap between Clinton’s official travel and her meetings with foreign Clinton Foundation donors.
Citizens United is slated to receive all e-mails sent to and from Lona Valmoro, Clinton’s State Department scheduler, in the two-week periods before each of 14 international trips Clinton took during her four years in office. David Bossie, president of Citizens United, hopes to confirm suspicions that Clinton maintained an off-the-books schedule, meeting with Clinton Foundation donors on the taxpayer’s dime. “Citizens United wants to know how many overseas dinners Secretary Clinton attended with Clinton Foundation donors that didn’t make it on her schedule,” he says.
Following last week’s revelation I think this judge would have been hard-pressed to rule otherwise. It seems pretty obvious that something nefarious was going on in the State Department during Hillary Clinton’s tenure in office and this investigation is not going to go away any time soon. The only question is: what difference at this point does it make?

Last week several Democratic House members staged a sit-in, complete with catered meals, and threatened to stay there until gun control legislation was brought to the floor–they did not quite make it that long. There was apparently one small potential problem with this publicity stunt and that is that Democrats were fundraising during the event and that could be a violation of the rules.
The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust has now filed a complaint with the Office of Congressional Ethics, here is more:
The Democratic Platform Committee has completed its final draft of the Party’s platform and it will next be headed to a vote at at the Democratic National Convention. For what might be the first time in history a political party could be on the verge of calling for the prosecution of political opponents as they have approved a plank which would call for the Department of Injustice to investigate climate deniers, here is more:
Another joint proposal calling on the Department of Justice to investigate alleged corporate fraud on the part of fossil fuel companies who have reportedly misled shareholders and the public on the scientific reality of climate change was also adopted by unanimous consent.
I have no problem with corporations being investigated for fraud if there is evidence they have been doing something wrong, however did you notice how they are framing the argument? They are claiming these corporations are misleading the shareholders and the public because they are denying the “reality of climate change.” But how has the Democratic Party come to the conclusion that man-made global warming is real?
According to this story Hawaii Governor David Ige has signed into law a bill which will put all law-abiding gun owners in the island State into an FBI database. In other words these people are now going to be on what, in my opinion, amounts to a government watch list even though they have done nothing wrong.

The database – called “Rap Back” – is run by the FBI and will alert Hawaiian law enforcement if a Hawaiian gun owner is arrested for a crime anywhere in the United States. Fox 59 quoted Ige saying, “This will allow county police departments in Hawaii to evaluate whether the firearm owner may continue to legally possess and own firearms.”
Honolulu Police Department Maj. Richard Robinson supported passage of the new law, arguing that background checks at the point of sale are not sufficient. He believes using the federal database is a way of allowing law enforcement to keep check on gun owners long after the sale has taken place.
Robinson said placing Hawaii’s gun owners into the database “in essence provide(s) an ongoing background check on firearm owners to determine their eligibility to own and possess a firearm.”
Note how the article states the FBI will notify the State if a person is arrested for and not convicted of a crime and with this information the State will determine if that person should still be allowed to own a firearm. So much for due process…
This is why that while it seems like a good idea to prevent people who are on a terrorist watch-list or a no-fly list from purchasing firearms so many people are opposed to it. They do not trust the government to determine who should be on a watch-list, and they are also concerned about due process, and now in the State of Hawaii law-abiding citizens are on a watch-list, which for all intents and purposes justifies their concerns.

Last Wednesday we learned that the State Department was having trouble receiving emails from Hillary Clinton’s private email server back in 2010 and the former Secretary of State was advised to begin using an official government email address to rectify this problem. (This alone disproves the claim that nobody in the government realized Hillary Clinton was not using an official government email account.)
But even while she knew about this problem Hillary Clinton refused to create an official government account which in turn forced the State Department to disable some of its security features on the government’s email server because the top diplomat in the United States put her own interests above the interests of the nation. This in turn throws cold water on the claim that at no time did Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email account pose a security risk and oh by the way, Hillary Clinton did not turn over an email related to this issue as required by law, but I digress…
We do not know at this point how long the State Department’s security features were disabled but we do know the agency wrestled with this problem for weeks so we can logically assume the security features were disabled for this same time frame–or at least for majority of this period.
