In 2017 email Hunter Biden called his business partner and Joe Biden ‘office mates’
Now that the mainstream media has finally decided it has to cover the Hunter Biden tax fraud, money-laundering, and influence peddling scandal and investigation if it wants to have any semblance of respectability and credibility left the natural spin has been that these scandals do not reach the President-Elect.
If you have been following this story on the blogs for any length of time you know how silly this assertion is, and it goes beyond just Joe Biden all the way to other prominent Democrats who were named in some of Hunter Biden’s emails as “key contacts.”
But back to Joe Biden, if he is as uninvolved as the media would like us to believe than somebody needs to explain that to Hunter Biden because in an email he called his father and his business partners “office mates.” Here is more:
Hunter Biden called his father, President-elect Joe Biden, and his Chinese business partner “office mates” in a Sept. 21, 2017, email to the general manager of his former Washington, D.C. office building.
“[P]lease have keys made available for new office mates,” Hunter Biden wrote in the email before listing Joe Biden, his stepmother Jill Biden, his uncle Jim Biden and Gongwen Dong, who he identified as the “emissary” for the chairman of the now-bankrupt Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC.
Hunter Biden also requested that a sign be made for his office stating “The Biden Foundation” and “Hudson West (CEFC US).”
Of course in order to be “office mates” it means you have to be working together so this implies that Joe Biden was indeed working with Hunter Biden’s business partners after all. And not only that but it is clear from the excerpts of the email that Hunter Biden was talking literally and not figuratively as he talks about keys, a sign for the door, and the lease.

Joe Biden’s brother under Federal investigation
Yesterday we learned that Hunter Biden is under Federal investigation for tax fraud and money laundering and today brings news of another Biden under Federal investigation. If you follow the blogs and not just the mainstream media you might remember that James Biden was accused of influence peddling on his famous brother’s name, now we are learning that he too is under Federal investigation.

James Biden, brother and alleged business partner of Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden, is under federal investigation, according to a report by Politico published late Wednesday night.
In addition to the probe into Hunter Biden, federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania are conducting a criminal investigation of a hospital business in which Joe Biden’s brother James was involved. Federal officials have asked questions about James Biden’s role in the business, according to a second person with direct knowledge of that investigation, who said it remains ongoing.
FBI agents, meanwhile, have been asking about James Biden’s dealings with the hospital company Americore Health, an operator of rural hospitals, as part of an investigation based out of the Western District of Pennsylvania, according to the person with direct knowledge of that investigation.
None of these accusations indict Joe Biden directly but they all revolve around him and his position in the government. These accusations are nothing new, they have been known about for some time. The media knew about them but did not report on them until after the election for obvious reasons. Now that the election is over the media is trying to salvage its reputation but the media is irredeemable. The media has committed journalistic malpractice.

Joe Biden’s son Hunter is no stranger to controversy, from influence peddling, to cushy gigs, to being kicked out of the military for drug abuse, to sleeping with his dead brother’s wife, to getting a stripper pregnant and refusing to support the baby (this is all off the top of my head, there is probably more) but now we are learning he is under Federal investigation for his taxes.

President-elect Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden revealed Wednesday that he is under investigation for his “tax affairs” by federal prosecutors in Delaware.
Hunter Biden said in a statement, “I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs.”
“I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors,” Hunter Biden said.
It turns out that his shady business dealings in China and other foreign countries are at the heart of this investigation.
CNN reported is “examining multiple financial issues, including whether Hunter Biden and associates violated tax and money laundering laws in business dealings in foreign countries, principally China.”
Of course the only problem with this is that it will be Joe Biden’s Justice Department which determines if he should be prosecuted if charges are brought forth and I still have echoes of James Comey’s “no reasonable prosecutor” refrain bouncing around in my head…

Judge finally drops charges against Michael Flynn
Way back in May the Department of Justice dropped the charges against Michael Flynn but despite the fact that nobody was prosecuting the case Judge Emmet Sullivan refused to dismiss the case. Several weeks ago Donald Trump pardoned Michael Flynn yet the judge still did not drop the charges but now it is officially over as Judge Sullivan gave up his politically motivated fight.

A federal judge dismissed a criminal case against Michael Flynn on Tuesday, weeks after President Donald Trump pardoned his former national security adviser on charges stemming from the special counsel’s investigation.
The ruling from Judge Emmet Sullivan formally ends Flynn’s three-year legal saga, which began with a plea deal the retired Army general entered on Dec. 1, 2017 in the special counsel’s probe of foreign interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Judge Sullivan made sure to let everybody know that this does not mean that Michael Flynn is innocent and he also called the pardon politically motivated.
“President Trump’s decision to pardon Mr. Flynn is a political decision, not a legal one. Because the law recognizes the President’s political power to pardon, the appropriate course is to dismiss this case as moot,” Sullivan wrote.
Ironic that the judge is upset that a case which was brought forth for political reasons in the first place and then continued for political reasons was dropped for what he called political reasons, isn’t it?

Maxine Waters’ campaign paid her daughter $240,000
While it may seem like a a paltry sum compared to the millions of dollars Ilhan Omar’s campaign paid to her husband, Maxine Waters’ campaign helped to enrich her daughter this election cycle to the tune of $240,000. Here is more:
The daughter of California Rep. Maxine Waters netted around $240,000 this past election cycle — from her mother’s own campaign, new records show.
The congresswoman’s campaigns shelled out payments to Karen Waters for work she did on her 82-year-old mother’s re-election campaign, including “slate mailer management” and “GOTV” — or likely “Get Out the Vote” services.
More than $212,600 in disbursements to Karen Waters are broken down into 26 entries such as “slate mailer management” fees, “office expenses” and “canvassing” between March 2019 and September 2020.
Another $28,150 in payments to Karen Waters occurred in October and November, for “GOTV” and “slate mailer management” fees — though one for $1,000 was simply labeled “Walker payments.”
The article does not say if these payments were illegal or if there is a complaint filed against the Waters campaign but taking money people donated to your campaign to enrich your family is certainly unethical, especially considering this is not the first time Maxine Waters has paid her daughter using campaign finances. Back in 2018 Maxine Waters was hit with an FEC campaign violation charge for paying the same daughter $750,000 in campaign money over the years. Old habits are hard to break, especially when you get away with them over and over again…

Gavin Newsom set to impose new Draconian COVID-19 lockdown orders
Earlier this year when the lockdowns started the first time I stated that if we did not fight back the second round of lockdowns would be more strict and would last longer and that this would be followed by a third lockdown which would be permanent.
After having given us a little freedom over the Summer the States are beginning to implement the lockdowns season two and yes it is beginning much earlier and it will probably go much later. While the State lockdown orders are implemented in varying degrees across the nation based on how power hungry said States’ dictator has become, there is one man who does not want to be outdone. That would be Herr Newsom in California. He is about to put in place the most Draconian lockdown orders to date, here is more:
if Intensive Care Unit (ICU) capacity in any of California’s five regions falls below 15 percent, he will shut down indoor church services, travel, playgrounds, movie theaters, wineries, and more, and even force hotels and lodging establishments to cancel any out-of-state reservation. Any establishment lucky enough to stay open will face a 100 percent mask mandate. This extreme stay-at-home order will remain in place for at least three weeks until ICU capacity is projected to increase above 15 percent.
The order will take effect at 12:59 p.m. on Saturday. After that time, if any one of California’s five regions falls below the 15 percent ICU threshold, it will have 24 hours to implement the draconian Stay at Home Order. Newsom’s office had previously divided California up into five regions: Northern California, the Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, the San Joaquin Valley, and Southern California.
If you follow the link above you can see the list of banned and closed facilities and it includes pretty much everything you can think of. You can still buy food (how gracious) but the stores are not going to be near full capacity (20% to be exact) which is sure to drive people into what amounts to a food line.
Of course we know that these rules only apply to the plebeians in California and not die Regierung as the past actions of Gavin Newsom and San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo show us.

San Jose Mayor apologizes for breaking California COVID-19 lockdown orders over Thanksgiving
Our Statist politicians all across the nation are no longer even trying to hide the fact they believe the rules they implement on the plebeians do not also apply to them. I will not go into the ever-growing list of examples yet again but I bring you the latest one which is from–where else?–California.
San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo has had to apologize for having Thanksgiving with his family in violation of California’s COVID-19 draconian lockdown order, here is more:
San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo on Tuesday was forced to publicly apologize after getting caught gathering with his family for Thanksgiving in defiance of California’s Covid order.
In October California Governor Gavin Newsom unveiled authoritarian Thanksgiving Covid rules which prohibited more than 3 households from gathering.
According to the rules not only are you only allowed to have family members from three households present in the privacy of your own home but you are expected to collect all their names and contact information in case the State wants to come after them. But San Jose’s Governor did not feel the need to comply with the rules because he attended a family event where five households were present.
I know how insane it sounds that we are bickering over how many people you can have in your house at any one time is, especially over the holidays, or how many households can come to your house at once but such is life in our post-American utopia. And on top of it all our elected officials hold themselves above the law as we have seen time and time again, when are people going to stand up?!
