Fox News ran an Obamacare story last night and in the banner during this story was this: “New Obamacare Bombshell. No System yet for Exchange Payment.” This of course is not really breaking news for America’s Watchtower has been writing about this issue for a few weeks now, but let that go.
There was a new bombshell revelation in this report however and that is that the Obama regime intends to cope with this glitch by letting the insurance companies GUESS how much the Obama regime owes them in subsidies. The Obama regime will pay the insurance companies whatever amount they ask for and then will figure out sometime in the future what the insurance companies should have been paid and then make the payments correct.
One-third of “successful” Obamacare enrollees still face problems
This is going to be difficult, but let us pretend for a moment that you are one of the handful of people who were able to successfully enroll in Obamacare using the dysfunctional healthcare website. Naturally you would think that you were out of the woods because you would be in compliance with the law, but you would be wrong.
It turns out, according to this story, that 1/3 those who have “successfully” enrolled in Obamacare still face an uphill battle for many problems still exist once you are “enrolled.”
Meet Marilinda Garcia: She is running for the Congress in New Hampshire, met with hate-filled attack from the Democrats
Say hello to Marilinda Garcia: She is a conservative Republican who has served four terms as a New Hampshire State Representative and she is currently running for the United States House in the second congressional district in New Hampshire. She also happens to be part Hispanic. If she wins the GOP primary she will face off against uber-liberal moonbat Anne Kuster.
Immediately upon her announcement she was attacked by the Democrats in the state in the most vile of manners. Here is what New Hampshire Democratic Rep. Peter Sullivan had to Tweet about Marilinda Garcia:
She’s Al Baldassaro (sic) in stiletto heels, a lightweight and O’Brien clone.”
“Bill O’Brien + Kim Kardashian = Marilinda Garcia”
“She is a right-wing, homophobic, anti-worker shill for the Koch Brothers
He then went on to apologize on Twitter…..to Kim Kardashian for comparing her to a “right wing extremist.”
She met this attack with style and grace saying, “to me, the most unfortunate byproducts of such personal attacks, negativity and vitriol are that they discourage good people from getting involved in politics, cause citizens to be disgusted at the political process, and tarnish the reputations of all elected officials just by virtue of association.”
Here we have a young minority woman, who has been in public service for years attacked simply because she is a conservative and we all know that both minorities and women are supposed to be liberal Democrats. But because she is not falling in line with what Democrat feel she should be she is fair game for such attacks despite her minority and gender status.
Tell me again about how the Democrats care so much about minorities. Tell me again how much the Democrats care about women. Tell me again how Democrats are all-caring, all-inclusive, and tolerant to various viewpoints. Tell me again about how the Republicans hate minorities. Tell me again how the Republicans are the ones who are waging a war on women.

The Obama regime is now claiming that the healthcare website relaunch is a success because 50,000 people can now use the website at the same time, but as small as that number is it has already been proven to be a lie.
But in addition to the fact that the healthcare website cannot handle a large volume of traffic there are other, more major, concerns which have still not been addressed. One major problem is the fact that there is no mechanism for payment, meaning those few who did manage to enroll in Obamacare and buy a plan will not have it for long once they do not make the required payment, and the other is the security problems with the website.
Now, according to one cyber-security expert, we are learning that no security was built into the website in the first place.
Could the lack of State exchanges bring Obamacare down?
I do not know if this story is true, but if it is it could possibly signal the death of Obamacare. According to the story the healthcare law only gives the Federal government the authority to penalize people for not purchasing healthcare insurance if the state in which they reside has set up a state exchange.
According to the letter of the law, the government can only reward subsidies and levy penalties in states that have created Obamacare state exchanges
While the president’s health law is vast and extraordinarily complex, it is in one respect very simple,” Pruitt wrote in a Sunday Wall Street Journal op-ed. “Subsidies are only to be made available, and tax penalties for not signing up for health insurance are only to be assessed, in states that create their own health-care exchange.”
To date only 16 states (and Washington DC) have set up their own exchanges, the other states are either using the Federal exchange or have a state-federal partnership exchange set up. This means that revenues would fall about $1 trillion short of projections.
When the Obamacare website was relaunched after its abysmal roll out we were promised that the website could now handle 50,000 users at the same time. That is a very low number, especially when you consider Obamacare has cost millions of people their healthcare coverage and will be looking to use the website, but is gives us a great perspective on how flawed the website was to begin with if 50,000 users is considered a success. But even if this is the measuring stick of success the website failed once again.
It is being reported here that the website began queuing people when there was slightly over 30,000 users on the site.
Barack Obama promised the American people that the glitches in the healthcare website would be fixed by December 1st and today they are claiming victory.
President Barack Obama’s deputies are claiming they have successfully reincarnated the Obamacare network’s website.
“Twenty-four hours a day, we have rapid effectives response to any problems the instant they appear,” Jeff Zients, a top Obama advisor, told reporters during a Sunday morning press conference. “The site is now stable and operating at its intended capacity.”
However, that claim has been called into question:

The last couple of weeks have been trying times for the old republic; from the EPA moving to implement cap and trade and expand their power under the Clean Water Act to basically gain control over private property, to the IRS now targeting people who speak out against Obamacare, to Harry Reid implementing the nuclear option giving the president the chance to pack the courts and rubber stamp his radical agenda, it would seem that all is lost.
“These are the times that try men’s souls.” It is weeks like this that make a person want to give up, but giving up is for the “Summer soldier and the sunshine patriot,” for they will “shrink from the service of his country.”
We must fight on no matter how lost the cause may feel! Those that endure now “deserve the love and thanks of man and woman.”

Security expert claims the risk to personal data on the Obamacare website it still limitless
Tomorrow is December 1st and as we all know that is the date the Obama regime promised the American people the healthcare website would be fixed. In an effort to make is appear as if the website is more functional than it really is the Obama regime delayed the Spanish language portion of the website and is prohibiting small businesses from using the website to enroll in Obamacare.
This is being done to limit traffic to the site in order to make it seem as if all problems with the website have been corrected when in reality they still exist. Apparently this is what the Obama regime’s considers to be a fix.
But the fact that the website cannot handle the traffic is the least of the site’s problems for there are major security concerns surrounding the website and it appears as if these concerns have not even been addressed to this point. Considering the amount of personal information Americans are being forced to give to the Federal government before they can even look at the healthcare policies, this is an issue which should have been addressed before all others.
We already know that Barack Obama was using the IRS to target people who were opposed to the Democrats and their radical agenda before the elections, and now it is being reported that a cancer patient who spoke out publicly against Obamacare is suddenly being audited by the IRS:
A cancer patient who said publicly that his health coverage was canceled because of Obamacare now says he’s being audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
Bill Elliott appeared on Fox News’ “The Kelly File” earlier this month and said he was told that his cancer was considered “beyond a catastrophic pre-existing condition” and his plan was being canceled because of new regulations.
“Monday I got a certified letter, I went down and got it and it’s from the IRS and they are auditing my books from 2009,” Elliott said.
He said he didn’t own a business at that time, and in fact was working for the government. He said he’s paid his taxes every year and is not any kind of a tax evader.
He does not think this is a coincidence and neither do I, what do you think? Remember it was rumored that Valerie Jarrett promised to make anyone who opposed the regime pay for their disloyalty? Some people have tried to discredit this quote but when you read stories such as this it makes you believe the quote was true. The timing of this news is simply too suspicious to be simply another unbelievable coincidence.
If Barack Obama was willing to use the IRS to help secure his reelection there is no telling what lengths he will go to now that he does not face another election campaign…..
