Obamacare: Spanish-Language healthcare website delayed
In the ultimate pre-holiday news dump the Obama regime announced last Wednesday that the small business online enrollment would be delayed one year. This is due to the act that the healthcare website will still not be able to handle large volumes of traffic by the regime’s self-imposed deadline. This was clearly an attempt at limiting traffic to the website during the much ballyhooed relaunch in an effort to fool the American people into thinking the website was functioning better than it really is.

Last week America’s Watchtower covered the story about how energy prices have skyrocketed under Barack Obama. This is the one promise Barack Obama has actually kept, but according to this story the EPA is prepared to announce hundreds of new environmental regulations. You ain’t seen nothing yet…..
Federal agencies are currently working on rolling out hundreds of environmental regulations, including major regulations that would limit emissions from power plants and expand the agency’s authority to bodies of water on private property.
On Tuesday, the White House released its regulatory agenda for the fall of 2013. It lists hundreds of pending energy and environmental regulations being crafting by executive branch agencies, including 134 regulations from the Environmental Protection Agency alone.
The EPA is currently crafting 134 major and minor regulations, according to the White House’s regulatory agenda. Seventy-six of the EPA’s pending regulations originate from the agency’s air and radiation office, including carbon-dioxide-emission limits on power plants.
Barack Obama promised the American people (and we all know what his promises are worth, don’t we) that the glitches in the healthcare website would be fixed by the end of November.
Well, when a president has bad news to deliver to the American people it is usually done on a Friday night when few people are paying attention, as we all know the term for this is called a ‘Friday document dump.’ But when the news is real bad a regime will try to unload this information before a long holiday weekend to ensure that as few people as possible actually hear the news.
That is what Barack Obama did with the news he was delaying the employer mandate, he announced in on July 2nd, and now he has done it again.
MSNBC fires Alec Baldwin but Martin Bashir still has a job?
It is now being reported that MSNBC has fired Alec Baldwin for his gay slur but to date Martin Bashir still has a job.
Not to defend what Alec Baldwin said, but he made his homophobic comment while he was off the air and it was not a premeditated attack. Sure, he let his true feelings about gays known to the world, but the situation surrounding what he said pales in comparison to the situation surrounding what Martin Bashir said simply because Bashir’s comment was made while on the air at MSNBC and was a scripted and premeditated attack. You have to believe that some higher-ups at MSNBC were aware about what Martin Bashir planned to say during his broadcast.
Martin Bashir has not been on the air this week but MSNBC is saying this is because of a pre-scheduled vacation. If there is any justice left in the United States of America Martin Bashir will meet the same fate as Alec Baldwin.
The fact that MSNBC has taken little action against Martin Bashir for his words (other than probably telling him to apologize) is all the proof that I need they condoned what he said. Even if they do fire him at this point it will be too little, too late at this point for they will do so not because they disagree with what he said (because they do) but rather because they are facing immense pressure from the American people to do so.
The Supreme Court will hear another Obamacare case this term
It has now been learned that the Supreme Court will take on another Obamacare dispute during this term. This time they will decide if the government can force business owners who are opposed to birth control to offer its employers with healthcare coverage which provides birth control:
The Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to referee another dispute over President Barack Obama’s health care law: whether businesses may use religious objections to escape a requirement to cover birth control for employees.
I suppose this is the big new of the day, but forgive me for failing to get excited about the possibility of another chance at seeing part of Obamacare overturned. It seems to me that if the government can force a United States citizen to purchase a product they either do not want or cannot afford that it is within the government’s authority to force a company to offer insurance coverage they do not wish to provide. Nothing is off-limits anymore, this is the new America after all.
And besides, if Chief Justice John Roberts wants to hold onto the Irish children he illegally adopted he will fall in line with what the Obama regime wants anyway, just as he did the last time.

I thought I would lighten things up a bit here, so I give you a parody rap song entitled, “If You Like Your Plan You Can Keep it.” I got a laugh out of it, especially when the White House Press secretary “knockout games” himself in order to avoid questions on Obamacare.

Top US hospital announces layoffs due to Obamacare
We have seen several trends begin to emerge as Obamacare nears full implementation: Companies are laying off employees to avoid the employer mandate, people are having their hours cut to less than 30 a week so that employers can avoid the employer mandate, and people who like their insurance are losing it as they are being pushed into more expensive plans they cannot afford. People are working less hours (if they are working at all) and yet they are mandated to buy more expensive insurance, from a website which does not work, that they cannot afford or else face the wrath of the IRS, and this is being trumpeted as an improvement?
This is not the end of the Obamcare fallout, but rather the beginning. We are also seeing hospitals cut back as they try to cope with the increasing costs of doing business in the new healthcare marketplace.

There is peace in our lifetime! That is the story line this generation’s Neville Chamberlain (Barack Obama) would have us believe and this is sure to be the news covered all week long in the mainstream media. The results of this deal are likely to be as successful as the deal Neville Chamberlain struck with Adolph Hitler.
Last week I wrote a post entitled, ‘Harry Reid implements the nuclear option, is this the diversion America’s Watchtower warned you about?‘ In this previous post I warned the American people that with Obamacare crashing and burning the Obama regime would create a diversion to take our focus of of the Obamacare debacle and I raised the possibility that the nuclear option was that diversion.
