Today the Obama regime finally got up the courage to release the information about how many people have successfully signed up for Obamacare and it is not pretty.
Roughly 27,000 people have successfully navigated the Federal healthcare exchange website and were able to purchase healthcare, while when the state exchanges are included in the equation the number rises to 106,185. But even those dreadful numbers are inflated because as America’s Watchtower reported here, the Obama regime changed the definition of what an enrollee wasin order to lessen the blow.
Even without the change in the definition the numbers released by the Obama regime represents only 1.5% of the regime’s stated goal of 7 million enrollees in the first six months. A little of the pace, don’t you think?
In the midst of the Obamacare debacle the president’s and the Congress’ poll numbers are collapsing based on the realization that Barack Obama and the Democrats lied to the American people about keeping their healthcare and in many cases their doctors as well.
As long as the debate centers around Obamacare the president and the Democrats are in real trouble in the 2014 midterm elections. Naturally they cannot have this so that means our attention must be taken away from Obamacare. And this means that another crisis should emerge in the coming days, designed to take our attention away from the healthcare reform law. I expect this to happen in the very near future.
Obamacare: 1 million California residents to lose their healthcare coverage due to healthcare reform
It is now being reported in this article that 1 million California residents have been notified they will be losing their healthcare coverage due to Obamacare.
Of course this is nothing to be concerned about according to the Obama regime, for they continue to claim that it is but a small percentage of people who will lose their healthcare coverage. Tell that to these people Mr. President, that percentage grows nearly every single day and will only get worse once the employer mandate kicks in next year.
There is a growing number of Democrats now pressing Barack Obama to delay the individual mandate: 15 Senate Democrats (who coincidentally just happen to be facing reelection) met with the president last week hoping to make some ground on this issue, today former President Bill Clinton (concerned Obamacare might cost he wife the presidency) called on Barack Obama to honor his promise to the American people, and now even Dianne Feinstein has joined the chorus of people asking for a bill that would allow people to keep their insurance.
Barack Obama to change the definition of ‘enrollee’ to inflate Obamacare signup numbers
The Obama regime is set to release the enrollment numbers for Obamacare later this week and it is being reported that the number will be roughly 50,000 people who were able to successfully enroll in Obamacare.
That number is pathetic to say the least considering it comes in at only 3% of the Dear Leader’s expectations.
But as bad as that number is it is actually worse for for the Obama regime because it turns out, if this report is true, that the Obama regime changed the definition of what an ‘enrollee’ was in order to get to the 3% number. The number would even be lower if the Obama regime used the same standards insurance companies have used over the years to report enrollee numbers. Read more…
Happy Veterans Day to all who have served
At eleven o’clock in the morning, on the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918, the Treaty of Versailles was signed, bringing the Great War, the war to end all wars, WWI to an end. November 11th is known throughout most of the world as Armistice or Remembrance Day, but after WWII there was growing sentiment in the United States that November 11th should be a time to honor all veterans. In 1954 President Eisenhower signed a bill that turned Armistice Day into Veterans Day, declaring it a national holiday.
To borrow a phrase from President Lincoln’s Gettysburg address, “it is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.”
Today is a day for honoring all of our veterans: those that fought and died, those that fought and lived, those who did not fight, those that have served during war and those that served during peace, those that have served in the past and those that are serving now, whether in combat or at home, whether near or far.
Everyone who has ever put on the uniform of the United States and those that are wearing the uniform of the United States are all my heroes. I love you all and I respect everything that you do to secure my freedom and the freedom of my family and of my friends.
You will never know how much I appreciate what you do and have done for the greatest country in the world and there is no way that I can possibly thank you for all that you do and for everything you have given up to serve the country. Please accept the following video as a small token of my appreciation.

Here is Black Sabbath, featuring a young looking Ozzy, live from 1974 performing ‘Children of the Grave.’
Revolution in their minds – the children start to march
Against the world which they have to live in
Oh! The hate that’s in their hearts
They’re tired of being pushed around and told just what to do
They’ll fight the world until they’ve won and love comes flowing through, yeah!
Children of tomorrow live in the tears that fall today
Will the sunrise of tomorrow bring in peace in any way?
During the 2012 election Barack Obama and the Democrats ran around the country claiming that the Republicans were going to throw granny off the cliff because they wanted to reform Medicare as part of Paul Ryan’s budget proposal. They claimed that the Republican healthcare plan was get sick and die, and they even released a commercial which depicted Paul Ryan pushing an elderly woman in a wheel chair over a cliff.
This was all part of Barack Obama’s reelection strategy of divide and conquer and it worked, but many of us thought it was strange for the president to make this claim about Republican Medicare cuts because Obamacare actually did what the Democrats claimed the Republicans wanted to do–cut Medicare. One party and one party only actually did cut funding to Medicare and that was the Democratic Party.
Barack Obama: “I’ve been burned already by a website”
The Right Scoop caught and interesting little tidbit from Barack Obama during his interview with Chuck Todd where he supposedly apologized to the American people. Here it is:
Obama gaffed tonight in his interview with Chuck Todd and said this:
“Given that I’ve been burned already with a website…”
He quickly realized what he had done and added
“…well, more importantly the American people have been burned by a website that’s been dysfunctional…”
That is an interesting little slip up is it not? While talking about the improvements in the website he didn’t want to overstate the improvements because, as he said, he had been burned by the site.
He quickly realized his mistake because people do not care how the glitches are hurting his popularity so he quickly corrected himself by saying that Americans have been burned by the website as well, but it was too late because everyone now knows that Barack Obama cares more about how the website glitches are hurting him politically than he does about how the glitches are hurting the American people.
His first reaction was to mention the website is hurting him politically when he should be focused on doing right by the American people and that one little slip up confirmed everything I have ever believed about this man.
