Report claims the Census Bureau faked the jobs report prior to the 2012 election to help Barack Obama win reelection
During the 2012 campaign one of Mitt Romney’s biggest talking points was the fact that Barack Obama promised that if the stimulus bill was passed unemployment would stay below 8%. He also reminded the president and the American people that unemployment had been above 8% for many months.
But then in October of 2012 the final jobs report before the election was released and miraculously, and conveniently, that number fell to under 8%, taking away one of Mitt Romney’s biggest campaign issues. (Candy Crowley took away the other during that infamous debate when she lied to the American people on national television.)
Many of us thought this was just a little too coincidental to be an accident and now, according to this report, we have been proven right.
This is a story which has gone largely unreported but last week a Federal judge ruled that Eric Holder and the Injustice Department must turn over the documents which were subpoenaed by Darrell Issa’s Oversight Committee. These are the same documents over which Eric Holder was held in Contempt of Congress for failing to provide in the first place.
Eric Holder immediately sought and appeal of this decision but it is now being reported in this story that his appeal has been denied.
A federal judge has refused Attorney General Eric Holder’s request that he be allowed to proceed now with an appeal in a case where the House of Representatives is seeking to enforce subpoenas for documents related to the controversial Operation Fast and Furious gun investigation.
In a ruling Monday afternoon, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson said her September 30 ruling rejecting Holder’s request to dismiss the lawsuit was not such a close call that it deserved immediate review from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
“While the Court agrees with defendant’s characterization of the matter as significant, that is not the test,” Jackson wrote in her new four-page decision
“The Court is not of the opinion that its denial of the motion to dismiss involves a controlling question of law as to which there is a substantial ground for difference of opinion,” she wrote in her Monday order, issued just one business day after Holder’s lawyers asked for the immediate appeal. “The ruling was based upon Supreme Court precedent and Circuit precedent, and it was decided in accordance with an opinion issued by another judge of this court in a substantially similar matter…. Defendant has not pointed to any precedent that would supply the grounds for a difference of opinion.”
However, this does not mean that we are going to learn what is in these documents any time soon:
Jackson’s latest ruling means it is likely the Justice Department will have to produce a detailed log of what was withheld from the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and why. Rounds of protracted litigation over the legitimacy of the withholdings seem all but certain, unless the sides come to an agreement which has heretofore eluded them
Eric Holder, and the Obama regime, are clearly trying to run out the clock here and it may just work because it could be years before we learn the truth about the gun running scandal which lead to the deaths of Brian Terry and Jamie Zapata. So much for the Obama regime being the most open and honest administration in United States history.
College students are losing their healthcare coverage due to Obamacare
America’s Watchtower previously reported about the issue of college students in New Jersey losing their healthcare coverage due to Obamacare, and predictably this has now spread to several other colleges across the nation, and will continue to do so, so it needs to be covered again.

For decades, universities and colleges have offered students bare-bones policies. But because of the Affordable Care Act, those policies no longer cut it – and universities are forced to decide whether to offer significantly higher-cost plans or cancel coverage altogether.
The new rules affect a broad swath of American schools, especially the small ones.
At Bowie State University in Maryland, the cost of student health insurance policies went from roughly $100 a year to $1,800 a year.
The cancelled plan offered $5,000 worth of medical coverage to students for just $54 per semester. University administrators said an acceptable replacement under the Affordable Care Act would have cost $900 per semester, a 1,500 percent increase.
Jay Carney recently admitted that the Obamcare website will never work for 20% of the people who try to use it:
The way to look at that figure is that of, say, 10 who go on the system, roughly two won’t get through the system — so two out of 10,” or 80 percent, he said
It sounds to me as if Jay Carney is actually trying to say that this is a good percentage because it means the website will work for 80% of the people, but it you are one of the 20%–which is a large number in my opinion–who are not able to use the website to purchase healthcare the government has demanded you purchase, this is anything but acceptable.
Naturally, Jay Carney has an excuse:
Washington DC’s insurance commissioner fired one day after criticizing Barack Obama’s Obamacare “fix”
After Barack Obama announced his extra-constitutional “fix” to Obamacare in a press conference last week, which was clearly an attempt to undermine the House’s proposed constitutional legislative fix, Washington DC’s insurance commissioner spoke out against Barack Obama’s proposed fix.
After that press conference, White, according to the Post, said Obama’s “action today undercuts the purpose of the exchanges, including the District’s DC Health Link, by creating exceptions that make it more difficult for them to operate.”
He also said that he concurred with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’s assessment that Obama’s administrative fix “threatens to undermine the new market, and may lead to higher premiums and market disruptions in 2014 and beyond.”
One day after criticizing the Dear Leader for his proposed “fix” William White was fired by DC Mayor Vincent Gray:
William P. White, the D.C. insurance commissioner, told the Washington Post that D.C. Mayor Vincent Gray’s top deputies said Gray “wants to go in a different direction” after White was one of the first commissioners to push back against Obama’s “fix.”
Though White said he was not told that he was specifically fired for his criticism, he “said the timing was hard to ignore.” He said that 24 hours after his criticism, he was ‘basically being told, ‘Thanks, but no thanks.’”
I happen to agree with William White: while Vincent Gray did not cite William White’s opposition to Barack Obama’s proposed power grab as the reason behind his firing the timing is just too suspicious to think this is nothing but yet another coincidence.
Such is life for political opponents under a dictatorship…..
Democrat Senator admits the Democrats knew Barack Obama was lying when he said Americans could keep their healthcare plans
This is a stunning admission by Democrat Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York! She appeared on This Week earlier today and when she was asked if Barack Obama mislead the Democrats with his now infamous if you like your plan you can keep it lie she admitted that the Democrats were not mislead because they knew he was lying all along. It appears as if the only people mislead by the president was the American people, the Democrats knew what was going on.
Here is what she said:
When asked whether Democrats were misled by President Obama about whether Americans would be able to keep their plans in the individual insurance market, Gillibrand answered: “He should’ve just been specific. No, we all knew.”
She added that the whole point of Obamacare was to “covering things people need, like preventive care, birth control, pregnancy.” The redistributive nature of Obamacare, Gillibrand stated, was the point of the program; anyone claiming ignorance, therefore, is not telling the truth.
Thousands of doctors have been cut from Medicare because of Obamacare
During the 2012 presidential election Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and the rest of the Democratic party were running around the country telling the American people that the Republicans wanted to push granny off the cliff because Paul Ryan’s budget proposal included reforms on Medicare. They even went so far as to create an add which depicted a Paul Ryan lookalike pushing a wheelchair bound old lady off of a cliff.
While the left was engaged in this demagoguery, which worked by the way, the truth was that it was the Democrats who actually pushed granny off a cliff when they passed Obamacare without one single Republican vote for Obamacare cut Medicare by $700 billion. The Democrats actually did what they were claiming the Republicans wanted to do and they got away with it because the propaganda arm of the Obama regime, otherwise known as the mainstream media, failed to hold the Democrats accountable.
Democrat claims we need to pass amnesty to make Obamacare work
It cannot be debated that the Obamacare roll out is anything but a miserable failure, but Colorado Democrat Representative Jared Polis has an interesting theory as to why Obamacare is failing. He claims that we need to pass immigration reform with amnesty in order to make Obamacare work. Talk about conflating two issues near and dear to the Democrats’ hearts in an attempt to gains support for amnesty!
His theory goes like this:
American citizens are essentially being forced to pay for the health care costs of people who are here illegally every day, until we pass comprehensive immigration reform,” he said. “We’re wondering why rates are going up. … It’s no surprise. Benghazi: The attackers had inside information
A security agent, David Ubben, who was injured in the terrorist attack in Benghazi which left Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods dead spoke to Florida Rep. Bill Young and he confirmed what we already knew to be the truth–this was a well organized and planned terrorist attack.
But he also made the claim that the terrorists had inside information, including the location of the safe house and where everything as inside the compound:

Nancy Pelosi lies about Obamacare enrollment, claims 500,000 people have signed up
The American people now know that Barack Obama and the Democrats were lying when they said if you liked your plan you can keep it, that issue is now settled as a proven fact and can no longer be debated.
You would think that after being caught in such a barefaced lie the Democrats would be a little more careful before spreading their untruths but that has not stopped Nancy Pelosi from grossly misrepresenting the facts about Obamacare.
