Obama’s Foundation Gave $800,000 to William Ayers’ Foundation
The Obama campaign likes to throw around the excuse that you can’t hold what William Ayers did when Barack Obama was eight years old against Obama. But that is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Obama/Ayers relationship, some of us are more interested in Ayers’ recent past and his association with Barack Obama, which we have found out is much more extensive than we were led to believe. And more extensive than Barack Obama cares to admit.
When first asked about his relationship with the terrorist Barack Obama claimed that he was just a man in the neighborhood, he claimed that Ayers’ children went to the same school as his own, and through the school he had a very casual relationship with Ayers. We now know that that statement was an outright lie.
We have learned that Barack Obama was chairman of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an organization that William Ayers co-founded.
And according to this article the Small Schools Workshop at the University of Illinois-Chicago (founded by William Ayers) received $800,000 from the Chicago Annenberg Challenge. A far cry from “just a man in the neighborhood.”
While the Obama campaign tries to distance Obama from Ayers using the mantra that Obama was only eight when Ayers carried out his acts of terrorism, that is not what the problem with the Obama/Ayers relationship is. The problem is that Ayers was not just a guy in the neighborhood as Obama would have us believe. Barack Obama had a working relationship with this man. He gave many hundreds of thousands of dollars to support this man over the years. He launched his political career in this man’s living room. And now he is trying to hide from the past. But the past isn’t what we are worried about, it is the future. How can Obama be trusted when he has such dubious and diabolical associations?
He has not been truthful about his association with Ayers, he is trying to downplay it but the more that we hear about their association the more we find out that these two men have been intertwined over many years.

Barack Obama fielded a question from a self employed plumber who was concerned that Obama was going to raise his taxes. Listen to Obama’s response.
Interesting isn’t it? Barack Obama tells this man that he really doesn’t want to punish him, but you know what? He is going to. He admitted to this man that he is a socialist by uttering the phrase ” spread the money around.”
Barack Obama doesn’t believe that anyone should have success (other than himself) in America and if you do than you will be punished through taxes in order to bring you down.
Hard work and determination used to mean something in this country but where is the motivation for hard work if you can just sit back and let the government take from those that achieved success on their own and give it to people who haven’t and don’t deserve it?
Hard work and success used to be admirable and now it is frowned upon. The sad part is that so many people now believe in this Robin Hood mentality that has been drilled into their heads for so long. Once making something out of yourself and being successful was something to be proud of, but now it makes you a villain, a target.
That his how Barack Obama sees success. And he is ready and all too willing to take it from you.
Mark Foley’s Democrat Replacement Caught in Sex Scandal
You remember Mark Foley don’t you? I am sure that you do but just in case the name doesn’t ring a bell I will give a brief back-story.
Mark Foley was a Florida Republican in congress in 2006 and he was forced to resign after it was learned that he had sent inappropriate emails and text messages to his teenage male pages. It was portrayed, or at least implied by the media, that these pages were underage but that turned out to not be the case.
He resigned and was used as the poster boy for the “culture of corruption” that the Democrats used to regain control of the house and senate.
We now fast forward to the present. The man who won the seat formally held by Mark Foley was Democrat Tim Mahoney. Tim Mahoney is now embroiled in his own sex scandal.
West Palm Beach Congressman Tim Mahoney (D-FL), whose predecessor resigned in the wake of a sex scandal, agreed to a $121,000 payment to a former mistress who worked on his staff and was threatening to sue him, according to current and former members of his staff who have been briefed on the settlement, which involved Mahoney and his campaign committee.
Mahoney, who is married, also promised the woman, Patricia Allen, a $50,000 a year job for two years at the agency that handles his campaign advertising, the staffers said.
How are the same Democrats who were so appalled at Foley’s behavior reacting to Mahoney?
Senior Democratic leaders in the House of Representatives, including Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-IL), the chair of the Democratic Caucus, have been working with Mahoney to keep the matter from hurting his re-election campaign
Not quite the same reaction. This does give us a little insight on morality however. I am not talking about the morality of either Foley or Mahoney, but the general morality of the others in the two parties.
When Foley was caught he was instantly pressured to resign by members of his own party and by the Democrats also. Republicans quickly called for him to step down, putting a person’s actions above the person’s party affiliation. But when Mahoney was caught Democrats quickly rushed to his aide to assure that this issue wouldn’t hurt his re-election bid. In this case Democrats are putting the party ahead of morality. Suddenly a congressman’s indiscretions aren’t so important to them. Suddenly they are a private matter and shouldn’t be scrutinized by the public. This is in stark contrast to their reaction when the Foley story broke two years ago.

Barack Obama’s Campaign Secretly met with CAIR
It seems that about one month ago the Obama campaign’s “Muslim Outreach Program” met with Muslim leaders in privacy, a meeting the Obama campaign is now calling a misjudgement. The problem with the meeting isn’t the fact that he is reaching out to Muslims and it wasn’t anything that was said in the speech, but there is a problem with some of the people who attended this meeting. That is where Obama’s misjudgement was.
One meeting attendee was Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society, several of the participants said. The MAS website describes Bray as an imam and “long time civil and human rights activist.” Bray’s critics say he has a history of defending terrorists. They point to a video of Bray at a rally in 2000, for example, in which he can be seen pumping his fist in the air in support of the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. In a 2004 interview, he called the Israeli assassination of a Hamas spiritual leader an “unlawful, cowardly and dangerous act of state-sponsored terrorism.” Bray did not return a call requesting comment.
Also attending the meeting was Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations. CAIR is a Muslim-American civil rights group that has, as its website states, “consistently and persistently condemned terrorism and the killing of innocent civilians.” Nonetheless, the group has many critics, especially in law-enforcement circles, and is an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case.
Obama’s campaign claims that if they had known that terrorist sympathizers were going to be present they wouldn’t have gone to the meeting. The claim of the Obama campaign that there was no knowledge of who would be present is being challenged by at least one member of Obama’s campaign.
A second meeting participant speaking on condition on anonymity said he was stunned to learn that Awad and Bray had been invited to an event where Obama representatives would be present. The participant said Awad and Bray are considered politically “radioactive.” He said that some in the Obama group knew ahead of time that top CAIR officials would be in attendance–an allegation the Obama campaign disputes.
“Yes, when I knew they were coming it made me uncomfortable,” the attendee said. “There was some hope it wouldn’t get out” into the media, the attendee added. “There was some concern within the Obama camp that some of these people coming may be a political liability.”
According to this source the campaign knew who would be attending and just hoped that it wouldn’t get out to the public. The Obama campaign refused to let NBC interview the director of Obama’s “Muslin Outreach Program”.
This shows another case of Obama’s lack of good judgement, he has an ever growing list of shady associations. Most of these misjudgements are in his past, even his recent past, but this misjudgement is critical in my opinion. And it is not in his past. Was it a mistake as the campaign claims or did they know? Do they just consider it a misjudgement just because he was caught?
I am not saying that Obama is a terrorist and I am not saying that he is a sympathizer but I am questioning his judgment. Besides hope and change and change and hope his only other selling point is his supposed great judgement. If we can’t trust his judgement than he has nothing left.
Barack Obama has stated that he would sit down with Iran and other dictators with no preconditions so is it too much of a stretch to believe that he would send his campaign to speak to such dubious groups as CAIR? I don’t think so.
House Republican Leader Says ACORN Must be De-funded
By now everyone out there has heard and read all of the various stories about ACORN being investigated for election fraud. If you are paying attention you can’t help but see the stories about 4000 dead people voting in Houston, of ACORN bribing the same man 72 times to register to vote with cigarettes and the list goes on and on. They are under investigation in at least 11 states.
Strangely nobody in the government has stepped up and called for ACORN to be de-funded, until now. House Republican minority leader, John Boehner, has stepped up to the plate and called for ACORN to be de-funded.
“The latest allegations of voter registration fraud by ACORN are further evidence that this group cannot be trusted with another dollar of the taxpayers’ money,”
“House Republicans took at stand recently to cut off funding to an ACORN slush fund created by their [Democratic] allies…but now more must be done,”
“The ACORN slush fund must be disbanded,” Boehner said. “Sources of federal funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development or any other agency must be stopped. Contracting for services between candidates for federal office and ACORN, as Senator Obama has done, must end. Now that the taxpayers own Fannie Mae, any funding from Fannie Mae’s nonprofit foundation to ACORN must stop.”
It is about time that someone stood up and called for the de-funding of ACORN, a community organization, (which Obama has ties to, did I mention?), that specializes in registering hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of illegal Democrat voters. Thank you John Boehner for trying to expose this “non-partisan” group for the frauds that they are. It is a crime that you and I are paying these people to cheat the system. It is offensive to me.
The last of the conservatives are in the house, President Bush and John McCain both would do well by taking their cue from these Republicans, but it is too late.
Video: Farrakhan on Obama; “The Messiah is Speaking”
Several conservative radio hosts and bloggers have taken to calling Barack Obama “The Messiah” because of his being anointed as the next president of the United States, coupled with his speech in which he said the seas would cease to rise if he became president, speaking as if he were the chosen one. Needless to say they have received some grief about this.
Below is a video in which Louis Farrakhan actually calls Barack Obama the Messiah, showing us that yes, the left actually does consider him Messiah-like.
Latest New Hampshire State Polls (10/09/08)
New Hampshire is poised to thrust itself totally into the blue. The transformation into Blue Hampshire, or Upper Massachusetts as some New Hampshirites like to call it, is almost complete.
Recent polls have indicated movement toward the Democrats, and beyond that, local GOP activists we’ve spoken with privately are not feeling good about their ticket’s chances, at least not this week.
Everything is trending away from Republicans as is in evidence by the fact that Obama has opened up an eight point lead in the state where McCain has always been popular, and has a 13 point lead according to another poll, but it gets worse, much worse.
The latest polling of the congressional races, by Abt SRBI Research for St. Anselm College, shows both Democratic House members leading their Republican challengers.
Rep. Carol Shea-Porter’s 42 to 35 percent lead over former Rep. Jeb Bradley comes two weeks after Bradley led in a UNH poll. SurveyUSA had Shea-Porter ahead, 50 to 41 percent.
Rep. Paul Hodes leads Jennifer Horn, 35 to 18 percent
But now for the really ugly statistic. WARNING! If you are a Republican and you have a history of heart problems you may want to skip this next paragraph.
Joe Kenney (who) trails Governor John Lynch by a margin of, get this, 73 to 7%. You read that right. It is nobody’s fault but Joe Kenney’s, where is he? I haven’t heard him out on the campaign trail and I have not seen one campaign commercial. If he wasn’t serious about taking on John Lynch he should have stayed home, maybe the Republicans could have found a man to take his place.
And the general thought is that is McCain loses by five or more points than John Sununu stands no chance of winning. The only Republican left standing will be Senator Gregg and that is only because he isn’t up for re-election this year.
There is one possible bright spot however.
COUNCIL COULD FLIP. Despite the overall Democratic momentum, the party is concerned about a change in the majority of the five-member Executive Council.
In District 2, Republican Merrimack County Attorney Dan St. Hillaire is running a strong enough race against Democratic incumbent John Shea to have prompted Lynch to step into the race with a letter to voters seeking for support and donations for Shea, “my friend and partner in progress.”
Sarah Palin is going to make a campaign stop here next week in order to drum up enthusiasm in the Republican base, we will see if her appearance helps at all. If not, welcome to Upper Massachusetts.

Obama Slams McCain; “He Didn’t Say it to my Face”
There were many low points to the second McCain/Obama debate that I couldn’t even bother to try to analyze the debate. It was a pitiful performance from John McCain. At one point Barack Obam made a potential gaffe when he said that Delaware was responsible for a majority of the “credit crunch” leaving McCain a perfect opportunity to remind the American people that Joe Biden was a senator from Delaware. He didn’t, it must have slipped his mind. Anyway, I digress, that is not the point of this post.
One of the things that I was waiting for during the debate was for McCain to go after Obama for his rather dubious associations. After all Sarah Palin had been attacking Barack Obama on his ties to domestic terrorist William Ayers. He didn’t, and this left the door open for Barack Obama today and he nailed McCain.
“I am surprised that, you know, we’ve been seeing some pretty over-the-top attacks coming out of the McCain campaign over the last several days, that he wasn’t willing to say it to my face.”
BAM! The McCain campaign has been running some ads about Obama’s ties to William Ayers and the pitbull (or the pig to Barack Obama), Sarah Palin, has been hammering Obama and his ties to radical anti-American terrorists, but when McCain had the chance he remained silent.
With that one statement by Barack Obama he made McCain look weak and unwilling to confront Obama on this issue. McCain appears to have his surrogates out in the field doing the work that he himself is unwilling to do. That is why he is losing this campaign, he had better go on the offensive right now and continue the offensive right in and through the next debate or he can say goodbye to the boys.
President Bush Considers a Government Take Over of Banks
The Wall Street bailout bill ( I refuse to call it a rescue bill) that was passed gave the treasury secretary $1 trillion and basically unlimited to do whatever he wanted to do with the money. This was supposed to stabilize the stock market and thus the economy but we have all seen what has happened to the stock market since the bailout was approved by the traitors in the house and senate and then signed by President Benedict Arnold in the whitehouse.
As you can tell this latest turn of events has me pretty pissed off. As if it wasn’t bad enough that the mortgage industry and the whole free market, capitalistic, economic system has been taken over by the federal government in the guise of easing the nervousness of the American people, we find out that the Bush administration is considering, under the bailout bill, taking an ownership stake in certain United States banks.

An administration official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because no decision has been made, said the $700 billion rescue package passed by Congress last week allows the Treasury Department to inject fresh capital into financial institutions and get ownership shares in return.
The administration, as well as Democrats and Republicans in congress are trying to scare us into accepting a socialist form of government and I am fucking pissed off about it. Whenever the president sides with the likes of Chuck Schummer nothing good can come from it.
I understand that the Democrats are socialists at heart and borderline communists but to see a president who claims to be a conservative Republican follow in lockstep with such a sellout of the whole free market ideal that America was founded on is just plain disheartening.
We have now nationalized the mortgage industry, the economy, and may nationalize the banking system, and it is only going to get worse once Barack Obama is president. America will then nationalize healthcare, big oil, and insurance companies (all of which I have written about in the past) and where does it stop?
America is headed in a dangerous direction between Obama’s frequent attacks on the freedom of speech and of the press which I have written about many times but here would be a good place to start, and his true stance on the second amendment, and his Utopian view of America, coupled with the recent government takeovers of our economic system.
We are headed down a path to socialism and as we slide down that road I can’t help but think that Ronald Reagan once warned about “losing freedom through installment”, he just never would have guessed that it would be a fellow Republican that would have contributed so greatly in turning America in that direction. We are losing our country, or more accurately, it is being taken from us and I feel so helpless. I don’t know what we can do or how we can stop it.
During the immigration reform fiasco I got a case of Bush Derangement Syndrome but I took some medication and got better, I think that it has returned. Somebody call me a doctor.
