Latest New Hampshire Democrat Presidential Poll (09/25)
The latest New Hampshire Democrat presidential poll is out and Hillary is running away and hiding from the rest of the pack.
A University of New Hampshire poll completed for WMUR and CNN shows that with non-candidate Al Gore in the survey, Clinton is supported by 41 percent of those polled to 19 percent for Obama. Without Gore in the mix, it’s Clinton with 43 percent and Obama with 20 percent, John Edwards polled third at 12 percent and Bill Richardson fourth, at 6 percent.
The bright side of this poll is that 55 percent have yet to make up their minds.
Senior Center Bans Free Doughnuts, Seniors Protest
This is what senior citizens at the William Koehler Memorial Senior Center in New York resorted to when they were basically told that they didn’t know what was good for them.
The protest started when the center decided not to accept free doughnuts for the seniors because they are bad for you. I love the sign on the left of the picture, we are old enough to chose. While he may believe that he is old enough to choose, the truth is that the liberals in government never believe you are old enough to take care of yourself. Now this way of thinking is creeping into other organizations. It is becoming a mindset, and people don’t even realize it. The government decides that it is their duty to regulate trans-fats and the next thing you know our senior citizens are being denied doughnuts.
Here are a couple of examples of some of the other signs the protesters wore:
“Give Us Our Just Desserts” and “They’re Carbs, Not Contraband.”
The average age of the protesters was 76. You would think that by the time someone reaches 76 they would be allowed to decide for themselves what they want to eat.
At issue is a decision to refuse free doughnuts, pies and breads that were being donated to senior centers around Putnam County, north of New York City. Officials were concerned that the county was setting a bad nutritional precedent by providing mounds of doughnuts and other sweets to seniors.
The picketers said they were objecting not to a lack of sweets but that they weren’t consulted about the ban.
“Lack of respect is what it’s all about,” said Joe Hajkowski, 75, a former labor union official who organized the demonstration. He said officials had implied that seniors were gorging themselves on jelly doughnuts and were too senile to make the choice for themselves.
C. Michael Sibilia said, “I’m 86, not 8.”
Not everyone was upset that the doughnuts were taken away. I mentioned earlier that there was a mindset creeping into society that the government knows what is good for us and therefor the government has the right to regulate industries that the government really has no buisness in.The following comment by a woman at the center is what I am talking about.
“It was disgusting the way people went after them,” said 80-year-old Rita Jorgensen. “I think the senior center did them a favor by taking it away.”
While this was not the government denying the doughnuts, it does show you how the mindset has creeped into people’s minds. Local governments have started banning trans-fats and because the government has decided to regulate them, people begin to blindly follow. This senior center decided not to accept free doughnuts because they believe that doughnuts are bad for you. And the woman above follows along blindly also. Just look at what she said, “the center did them a favor”. Because she has decided not to eat doughnuts, she feels everyone else should give them up.
Typical liberal.

The Clinton’s Kill Negative GQ Article
Last year a documentary was set to air that was called The Path To 9/11. This documentary was critical of President Bush and President Clinton, as well as many others. Well, President Clinton couldn’t have any of that and threatened to sue unless certain parts of the movie were edited out of the documentary. The network eventually capitulated and removed portions of the documentary.
Now we have this. Once again the Clintons might be portrayed in a negative light, this time in GQ magazine, and they can’t handle it. They resort to threats to get what they want.
Early this summer, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign for president learned that the men’s magazine GQ was working on a story the campaign was sure to hate: an account of infighting in Hillaryland.
So Clinton’s aides pulled a page from the book of Hollywood publicists and offered GQ a stark choice: Kill the piece, or lose access to planned celebrity coverboy Bill Clinton.
There you have it, say anything negative about the Clinton’s and they won’t talk to you. How childish. Grow up. Here is GQ admitting that they pulled the offending article about the Clinton’s

I guess I would do the same thing if I were in his shoes. After all, when it comes to the Clinton’s it is better to capitulate than wind up dead.
Moveon.org Will Now Pay the Full Price for the New York Times General Betray Us Ad
In a stunning admission of error, the New York Times has admitted that it should not have given moveon.org a substantial price break to run their General Betray Us ad.
In a column entitled, “Betraying Its Own Best Interests,” New York Times Public Editor (ombudsman) Clark Hoyt wrote that the newspaper, in running the MoveOn.org ad for the “standby rate” of $64,575, violated its own written standards.
“I think the ad violated The Times’s own written standards, and the paper now says that the advertiser got a price break it was not entitled to,” Hoyt wrote.
But, after all, this was too good for the NYT to resist. A radical left wing group who echos the Times ideology, it was just too good to pass up. They don’t regret getting moveon.org’s ad out there at a bargain basement price, they only regret that the cat was let out of the bag and they were caught with their ideological pants down.
Now it’s spin control, and moveon.org will now the full price for the ad.
Senator Sam Brownback Introduces a Bill That would Require an Ultrasound Before an Abortion
Senator and presidential hopeful Sam Brownback has introduced a bill that would require doctors to take an ultrasound and show it to the would be mother before she has an abortion. This is something that has been signed into law in Georgia earlier this year, and now Brownback is proposing it on a national level.
This was part of Senator Brownback’s statement:
“We can reduce the number of abortions and help people reflect on the humanity of the unborn child by providing more information to women,”
Therein lies the problem, however, with this bill. The left wants to protect abortion at all costs, they are not interested with reducing the number of abortions. They see reducing the number of abortions as an attack on the woman’s right to choose. If there is a chance more woman will use the right to choose to choose life instead of death, and this reduces abortions, it will be considered an attack on abortions from within. You see, while this bill doesn’t go after abortion in the normal way by trying to say abortion should be illegal, it does go after abortion by trying to change a woman’s mind about abortion. It will be viewed as a psychological attack on a woman’s right to choose.
The Family Research Council, which supports the bill, said many women — “when confronted with the palpable personhood of their babies” — reconsider their decision to abort.
In other words, when a woman sees that her baby is actually alive she will have second thoughts before she kills it. This is a totally unacceptable concept to those on the left. To those on the left the right to choose means simply the right to destroy life, for if you choose to keep the baby you really haven’t made a choice, have you? If you keep the baby you are simply doing what most women would do, and that is not choosing anything, that is simply going forward into the next phase of your life, motherhood.
If a woman’s right to choose was simply about whether a woman decides to keep her baby or not then adoption would be a much better option. A woman who doesn’t want to deal with a baby simply doesn’t have to kill it, they can give it away to a happy loving family that may not be able to have children of their own. A family that would do almost anything to love and nurture a baby, which when you come right down to it is the most basic reason we are on this earth. So, it’s not about keeping your baby or not keeping your baby, it’s about a woman ending a pregnancy. It’s about a woman’s control over her body, but most of all it’s about not letting a man tell a feminist what the hell they should do.
So, while to many Americans, letting a woman see an ultrasound of her moving, living baby before she decides to terminate it may seem like a good and noble cause. Not actually attacking abortion, yet educating a potential mother to the truth about abortion in an attempt to reduce abortions can’t be controversial, can it? To the left it will be seen as another attack on a woman’s right to choose.
Obama Vows to Raise Social Security Taxes
Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., is considering a major tax hike on the rich to shore up the nation’s Social Security system.
I’ve said it before, and I will say it again, according to the Democrats if you work for a living you are rich. Obama’s plan would raise taxes on those making $97,000 and above. While that may sound like a great idea, just think about that. If a husband and wife each work and they have four children and their income is $100,000 that is rich. Does that sound rich to you? It doesn’t to me. I think, at least in the Northeast, that they are just getting by. Yet Obama will raise your taxes. Congratulations, you are rich! How does it feel? It must feel great on two counts. First, that you are rich. Second, that your hard earned money will go to help others.
At least, and I can’t believe I am about to say this, John Edwards seems to understand that a family earning $97,000 isn’t necessarily rich.
“I do think we need to have a bubble above $97,000, probably up to about $200,000 so we don’t raise taxes on middle-class families,” Edwards
So right there Edwards admits that a family earning $97,000 is a middle class family. And all along I thought that a family earning $100,000 was rich.
A leading anti tax group added the following:
“With their proposals to raise Social Security taxes, it appears that John Edwards and Barack Obama are engaged in competition to see who can wreak more havoc on the economy,” said Club for Growth spokeswoman Nachama Soloveichik. “Obama comes out the winner with his proposal to raise Social Security taxes on more Americans than Edwards proposed in his plan. But make no mistake: While Obama’s plan is worse, both plans would significantly increase America’s tax burden; devastate the economy, and turn Social Security into a full-fledged welfare program.”
The bottom line is, it doesn’t matter what Democrat is elected president, the working/middle class is going to have their taxes raised, but at least we can take solace in the fact that we now know we are rich.
The Rocky Mountain Collegian Student Newspaper runs an Editorial Called ” Taser This…FUCK BUSH
A college newspaper by the name of The Rocky Mountain Collegian recently ran an editorial entitled “Taser This….FUCK BUSH“. Not only was that the title of the editorial but from what I have been able to gather by searching the internet that was the whole content of the article.
Ah, doesn’t it make you proud that you are spending your hard earned money to send your children off to an institute of higher learning only to learn that they are being indoctrinated into a radical left wing way of thinking. Not to mention the fact that they can’t even elaborate on their four word editorial to explain the title of their piece?
They are apparently bashing the president because a student was recently tasered at a John Kerry speech. Of course John Kerry did nothing to settle down the situation before it escalated to the proportions that it did. That doesn’t matter, what matters to these people is that George W Bush sucks. That is what they are being taught, that is what they believe.
We can only guess as to why this incident was Bush’s fault as the student who wrote the article didn’t care to elaborate. One can only assume it is because these students have been taught that the war on terror is nothing but an excuse for George W bush to trample the constitution.
Naturally, they are hiding behind free speech to justify their publishing the oh so enlightening editorial.
“I think they went over the line a little bit, but it’s free speech and they’re allowed to write what they want,” one student told 7NEWS.
“We felt it illustrated our point about freedom of speech,” McSwane told 7NEWS. “I think we could write 250 words and ramble on and I don’t think anyone would pay attention.”
“While the editorial board feels strongly with regard to First Amendment issues, we have found the unintended consequences of such a bold statement to be extremely disheartening.”
But sometimes free speech isn’t so free:
The Associated Press Saturday reported the student newspaper has lost $30,000 in advertising and had to cut pay and other budgets by 10 percent because of fallout.
At least the advertisers have put their foot down with regards to the paper and pulles their money. After all that is what it is all about at the end of the day.
So while on one hand, I find it in bad taste for the newspaper to print this so-called editorial, after all there is censorship when it comes to television and newspapers with regard to obsenity, I realize that I was just allowed to print the editorial in it’s entirety without any kind of sensorship, so who am I to bitch? But bitch I will anyway because my point is that there is an ideology being taught in our schools that liberalism is caring, loving, and all knowing, while conservatism is hate filled, fear mongeringy, bigotry. And I ask you, how is an editorial entitled Taser This…FUCK BUSH not hateful? How is it caring? How is it loving? It is pure unadulterated hatred and bigotry towards a different point of view. But the point of view that it is bigoted towards is conservatism and conservatives have no protections under the law. We need to expand hate crime laws to protect us conservatives from the mental beating we take every day.

Columbia University Welcomes Ahmadinejad, Would also Welcome Hitler
As you all know, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be coming to the United States to address the United Nations. He was also invited to Columbia University and will give a speech there. It is, of course no surprise that Columbia University, or any other university, would want to hear from him. After all he is a hero to the left. The left has a serious infatuation with dictators. The far left in this country are borderline communists and they respect the way dictators are able to gain and retain their power. Ahmadinejad is also a Bush hater so that gives him added cache with the leftists at Columbia University. I am sure he will be applauded every time he speaks of our president in a less than flattering way.
The fact that I already hear these people cheering a murderous dictator bashing our president in my head is already getting me upset. I should just let it go because these students don’t know any better, they will just be expressing the ideals that they have been indoctrinated into.
The administration at Columbia University would probably welcome Hitler to speak there if the situation had presented itself to them all those years ago. As a matter of fact I know they would, just watch this video of an interview with Columbia’s dean.
These people are relentless in their hatred of the right. Who are we to disagree with them? Don’t we realize that they are only trying to protect us from ourselves?
I can’t even tell you how much this bothers me that the left would be willing to listen to Hitler because they have more in common with him than with the right in this country.
New York Governor Eliot Spitzer Removes Citizenship Requirement From Driver’s Licenses
New York governor Eliot Spitzer has removed proof of citizen requirements from drivers licence applications. After all, who are we to judge the people who don’t respect our laws enough to go through the proper channels to get here? We are nothing but mean spirited bigots.
“We’re changing our policy with respect to getting more people out of shadows and into the system so people don’t hide they’re here,” Spitzer said.
He said the current restrictions on non-citizens have filled the roads with unlicensed drivers five times more likely to get into accidents.
But the also called it a matter of justice.
“As long as I’m governor we won’t pretend they don’t exist, cut them off from society,” Spitzer said.
So according to the governor’s new plan instead of having unlicensed drivers five times more likely to get into accidents, we will now have licenced drivers five times more likely to get into accidents. Brilliant!
Here is the real reason why the governor wants to give illegals drivers licenses: Motor Voter. That’s right, this is a backdoor conspiracy to get illegals registered to vote. We all now what party the illegals will vote for, the party of entitlements.
