Gunrunner: The DOJ admits Brian Terry was armed with a beanbag gun on the night he was murdered, offers $1 million reward for information about those responsible for his death

July 9, 2012

A newly unsealed indictment from the Department of Injustice contains the revelation that Brian Terry was armed with a beanbag gun on the night he was murdered (December 14th, 2010) in Peck Canyon. This is not news to anyone who has followed this scandal at America’s Watchtower because I first reported this news more than a year ago, on March 3rd 2011, but this is the first time the Department of Injustice has admitted this fallacy publicly and it is important to write about it again for the benefit of all those who have only started following this story since Eric Holder was held in Contempt of Congress.

This disastrous policy is bad enough on its own, but while the rules of engagement laid out by the Department of Homeland Security put Brian Terry, and all other Border Patrol Agents, at risk and basically defenseless the story is much worse when you take into account the fact that the federal government knew Brian Terry was walking into an ambush that night because an FBI informant was part of the rip crew in Peck Canyon and didn’t warn him–they let him walk into a hostile situation with a beanbag gun and didn’t think it was necessary to tell him of the danger.

Brian Terry fired his beanbag gun and was met with return fire from an AK-47 and we all know how this encounter ended. You will never be able to convince me the federal government didn’t play a major role in the deaths of Brian Terry of Jamie Zapata, the only question is; was Jamie Zapata’s murder premeditated?

The Department of Injustice is now offering $1 million for information leading to the arrest of four individuals who they believe are responsible for Brian Terry’s death and I would like to help them out a little bit. First, Eric Holder need only look in the mirror to find one of those responsible and because Fast and Furious was an OCDETF operation  it was signed off on by Hillary Clinton and Janet Napolitano, or else another felony was committed, so there are two more of the culprits.

And then of course there is the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue because at least three of Barack Obama’s top national security advisors in the White House know about Fast and Furious and were receiving updates; it seems highly unlikely and very improbable that none of these people would have informed the president about an operation of this magnitude. And one of those advisors at the heart of the scandal, Kevin O-Reilly, just happened to be reassigned to Iraq where he could not be questioned–wouldn’t you love to know what he has to say about Fast and Furious?

And all of this to promote the 90% lie in order to impose more stringent gun control laws and win support for the United Nations small arms treaty, because after all, if you are going to make an omelette you need to scramble some eggs.

I so want the Terry and Zapata families to see justice served. But, I am not optimistic.

I get angry every time I think about Brian Terry walking into that ambush, armed only with a beanbag gun. Whoever the idiot was that made that decision needs to answer for it.

So do I Larry! And the fact that this government can remain so flippant and uncaring over this makes me sick.

Larry, maybe that idiot should take a shift out there on the border with a damn bean bag gun? I imagine the rules would change slightly.

I think that idiot is Janet Napolitano and I sure would love to see her on the border with a beanbag gun. Perhaps then she would understand how stupid this policy is.

I would say you were in line for that million, but when you come to collect, they’ll probably give you a bean bag gun, a map of Arizona and tell you to get it yourself.

“Sitting duck” is what comes to mind when I think of them sending Brian Terry into that mess knowing he would NOT be able to compete with what was going to be coming his way. What a smack in the face for a trained Border Patrol Agent to have to use a damn bean bag gun. I guess they could not take the chance of hurting one of the druggies, right? As to none of this “higher up” Administration knowing about this is so stupid that I could not possibly believe something of this magnitude could happen without prior knowledge. How dare they put him in harms way and how dare they expect US to believe they knew nothing. I guess we have to wonder just how stupid they think we are. Now they have 4 or 5 “people” they are looking for to hold them accountable??? I would say they only have to look at each other to find those people.

A sitting duck is exactly what Brian Terry was and I can’t get over the fact the feds knew he was walking into danger and let him go forward with a beanbag gun.It sickens me! These people are responsible for Brian Terry’s death!

One more thing, I should hope the other Border Patrol Agents refuse to go out patrolling with a damn bean bag gun!! It doesn’t take much intelligence to know that the odds are against them if they do!!

I hope they take a stand as well, this should be a lesson to us all just how deadly liberal “feel good” policies can be.

Don’t ever forget Brian Terry , Jaime Zapata and the 300 Mexicans killed by Obama’s Fast and Furious guns. Trying to get rid of the 2nd amendment is backfiring on them. We’ll be counting more dead bodies while Obama and Holder are trying to cover it up.

Song “Arizona we’re proud of you” .

    Verse.

Even though Fast and Furious Holder hasn’t read it
If you’re an American , not Jihadi or Hamas he’ll discredit it

The Chief Organizer may not think a hard worker like Robert Krentz a winner
A month after he died he had a good laugh at the correspondence dinner
He wants illegals to be able to vote some day
If they kill American heros like Brian Terry
    I guess that’s OK

Semper Fi Brian it’s a shame you had to fight with bean bags
Against Obama’s Fast and Furious bullets
