The FBI is investigating Hillary Clinton for possible Espionage Act violations
Bernie Sanders might believe the American people are sick and tired of hearing about Hillary Clinton’s “damn emails,” and maybe he is right, but what he and the former Secretary of State are conveniently forgetting is that this is not just a partisan Benghazi investigation by the Congress, the FBI is also conducting a criminal investigation–and they are very interested in Hillary Clinton’s emails.
It is now being reported in this story that the FBI is actually investigating the possibility that Hillary Clinton violated the Espionage Act, here is more:
Three months after Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email address and server while secretary of state was referred to the FBI, an intelligence source familiar with the investigation tells Fox News that the team is now focused on whether there were violations of an Espionage Act subsection pertaining to “gross negligence” in the safekeeping of national defense information.
While much of the focus has been on whether or not the emails were classified when the former Secretary of State either sent or received them (letting go of the fact, for the sake of this post, some emails were “born classified” even if they were not marked so) it does not even matter because there could still be a violation of the Espionage Act here:
Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the “lawful possession” of national defense information by a security clearance holder who “through gross negligence,” such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.
Oh, and then there is the possibility of obstruction of justice:
The source said investigators are also focused on possible obstruction of justice. “If someone knows there is an ongoing investigation and takes action to impede an investigation, for example destruction of documents or threatening of witnesses, that could be a separate charge but still remain under a single case,” the source said. Currently, the ongoing investigation is led by the Washington Field Office of the FBI.
So Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, and maybe even most of the American people might be getting sick and tired of hearing about these “damn emails” but to quote Joe Biden from all those years ago “this is a big f**king deal” and these people would do well to remember the FBI is involved because it seems as if this has been forgotten.

Fox had story last night of a number of people who went to jail or lost their jobs over the last few years for a lot less. But will the AG charge her? We can only hope the next GOP President does if not Lynch.

I have a feeling that the next GOP President will not charge her in an effort to appear bipartisan but I guess that depends on what they end up having on her.

I do not see Lynch doing it, only because she would need orders from the top. I do not see Obama giving those orders, unless he really wants to take Hillary out and I am not sure he wants that, either. Hell, I am not sure of much of anything when it comes to this Administration so forget I made a comment, Bunker!

The rumors are that he is driving much of this (probably not the FBI, but who knows) from behind the veil using Jarrett to leak stories to the press. I think he still harbors a huge grudge against the Clinton’s but would he actually go so far as to let her be prosecuted? I don’t think he would but I do think he would like to cost her the Presidency.

I have mixed feelings about Obama (duh), and what he is up to. If it was him personally, he would probably take her out, via Jarrett. However, I think he has his marching orders from above that are telling him NO at the moment. I think he doesn’t take orders well! Maybe those powers that be will be the ones to take him out, we should be so lucky!

Tragically, there’s a much better than even chance that Hillary, a wealthy member of the Establishment, will avoid indictment. At that level, Lady Justice’s vision is 20/20; she’s not at all blind.

Remember, Steve, there are people that think we can just go back to the 60’s, all hippy-like and relaxed and everything will be alright attitude. We saw one of those on here in the last couple of days. Stir the pot, but keep your cool….however I am sorry, my COOL is boiling now and I just cannot see letting this Administration do what they are trying to push thru. We may not be able to stop them, but at least we have to try and hope others open their eyes. We have age working for and against us, if that makes sense to anyone. We have knowledge that some of these 20-30ish metrosexuals will never have and we need to TRY and steer them in the right direction. Hopefully there are more of their parents that will sit down with them and explain what is actually going on. I know the schools have played a big part in how these kids think, but maybe there is still hope. I would like to think there are more important things they will focus on instead of wine and gaming and sports, but I could be way off base in my thinking.
