Barack Obama’s DOJ threatened and prevented an undercover FBI informant from testifying on the Russia uranium collusion scandal
Yesterday it was revealed that the FBI had evidence the Russians were bribing and extorting money in an attempt to gain influence in the uranium business before the Obama regime struck to deals with Russia but the FBI sat on the information despite the fact it appears as if the Clinton Foundation was the major beneficiary.
That begged the obvious question of why would the FBI sit on this story? Well, we are learning a little bit more today and it is not good news for Barack Obama, Loretta Lynch, or Hillary Clinton. The FBI had an informant while all of this was going on but he was not allowed to testify in front of the Congress. Not only that, he was threatened by the Department of Injustice. Here is more:
The FBI had proof of possible Russian collusion with The Clinton Foundation in 2009 and did nothing
According to this story the FBI finally has evidence of Russia collusion! However it is not evidence about Russia colluding with Donald Trump during the 2016 election and the FBI actually discovered this evidence in 2009 and did nothing about it.
It has been believed by the right but poo-pooed by the left for years–I am of course talking about the Obama/Clinton/Russia uranium deal. Many of us have been claiming for years that there was a pay to play scheme between Russia and the Clinton Foundation and now we know the FBI had evidence years ago.

Bowe Bergdahl pleads guilty to desertion
Back in 2014 Barack Obama released 5 Taliban fighters in exchange for Bowe Bergdahl despite claims the Army Sargent was a deserter. It also came to light that the release of these Taliban fighters without notifying the Congress 30 days in advance was a violation of the law and the President was called out on this by, and apologized to, Diane Feinstein.
Today Bowe Bergdahl pleaded guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. Here is more:
Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl told a military judge on Monday that he’s pleading guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy.
“I understand that leaving was against the law,” said Bergdahl, whose decision to walk off his remote post in Afghanistan in 2009 prompted intense search and recovery missions, during which some of his comrades were seriously wounded.
“At the time, I had no intention of causing search and recovery operations,” Bergdahl said, but he added that now he does understand that his decision prompted efforts to find him.
Bergdahl, 31, is accused of endangering his comrades by abandoning his post without authorization. He told a general after his release from five years in enemy hands that he did it with the intention of reaching other commanders and drawing attention to what he saw as problems with his unit.
He claims he did not understand at the time that his decision would cause people to go looking for him while he was missing but I find that incredibly hard to believe–he had to have known he would be searched for and he had to know it would be dangerous.
It is possible he is telling the truth when he said he wanted to find other commanders so he could shed light on “problems with his unit” but even if true it does not excuse what he did.
Part of his defense was apparently he could not get a fair trial because Donald Trump was mean to him during the 2016 campaign but that was rebuked by the judge:
The defense also was rebuffed in an effort to prove that Trump had unfairly swayed the case with his scathing criticism from the campaign trail. The judge ruled in February that the new president’s comments were “disturbing and disappointing” but did not constitute unlawful command influence by the soon-to-be commander in chief.
With his claim of ignorance of the law off the table, and with his claim that Donald Trump “unfairly swayed the case” off the table, Bowe Bergdahl realized what the outcome was going to be so he basically threw himself of the mercy of the court hoping for the most lenient sentence possible.
It should be noted here that back in 2015 CNN reported that at least one of the Taliban prisoners exchanged by Barack Obama in this deal has returned to the battlefield and is fighting against the United States.

Sunday, October 15th open thread: ‘The Mass–Knights Templar’
Here is the open thread for Sunday, October 15th. Please feel free to post links to interesting articles and to discuss whatever issues arise during the course of the day. Nothing is off-topic here.
Last week we discussed 8 stories. Did you miss any of them? If so there is an easy way to make sure it does not happen again. I understand that all of you are busy and cannot always find the time to check the blog for updates so why not subscribe to America’s Watchtower and receive email updates whenever I write a new post? That is the easiest way to follow the blog to ensure you never miss another post.
In addition to subscribing you can also follow America’s Watchtower on Facebook and Twitter by clicking the links on the right. But you will get more than that for I often post links to articles probably will not be writing about so it is a great way to keep up with what is happening.
The Twitter widget in the sidebar is fully interactive. This widget updates my tweets in real time and allows you to respond to or retweet my tweets right from the blog. It also allows you to tweet me right from America’s Watchtower.
Last Friday was Friday the 13th but it was no ordinary Friday the 13th because it was Friday the 13th in October. The legend of Friday the 13th being unlucky began exactly 710 years ago to the day when King Philip, who could not pay his debt, had the Knights Templars rounded up, arrested, tortured, and eventually executed for heresy based on their coerced confessions.
Among the leaders arrested was Jacques de Molay (the man the youth chapter of the Freemasons is named after) but it was rumored that many of them escaped with their treasure and possibly headed to America decades before Christopher Columbus made the trek. Nobody knows for sure where they went but many believe they are now secretly operating behind the veil as part of the Freemasons.
Anyway, I find the history of the Knights Templar, their eventual demise, and the conspiracy theories to be very interesting. Here is “The Mass–Knights Templar.”

15 states sue Donald Trump for repealing Obamacare subsidies
Yesterday, in what I think was a great move, Donald Trump signed a new Executive Order which would allow small businesses and individuals to pool together to get the cheaper rates which are afforded to larger companies. This potentially gives small businesses and individuals more options in marketplaces where options are becoming more and more limited and would make it easier for people to get insurance across state lines. It is hard for me to see how there could be much opposition to this and to date I have not really heard of any opposition.
Then last night Donald Trump announced he would end the Obamacare subsidies, if this it upheld it could be the death knell of Obamacare. The President has called these subsidies a “bailout for the insurance companies” and while technically he might be right, without these subsidies the costs will be passed on to the consumers so his portrayal is not 100% accurate in my opinion. Somebody is going to give the insurance companies their money one way or the other…
The FBI found 30 pages of documents related to the Clinton/Lynch airport tarmac meeting
Judicial Watch has been trying to get the FBI to release documents related to the infamous Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch airport tarmac meeting which occurred just days before James Comey decided to exonerate Hillary Clinton even though he basically admitted she was guilty. Previously the FBI determined they had no such documents, until another related lawsuit pushed by Judicial Watch came along and caught the FBI in a lie and the agency had to admit there might be such documents after all:
The FBI originally informed Judicial Watch they did not locate any records related to the tarmac meeting. However, in a related case, the Justice Department located emails in which Justice Department officials communicated with the FBI and wrote that they had communicated with the FBI. As a result, by letter dated August 10, 2017, from the FBI stated, “Upon further review, we subsequently determined potentially responsive documents may exist. As a result, your [FOIA] request has been reopened…”
According to this story, the FBI has informed Judicial Watch that they have indeed found 30 pages of documents related to the tarmac meeting and would like 6 weeks to turn them over.
Earlier today Donald Trump signed an Executive Order which he claims will help to lower premiums and make more options available in counties where the options have been dwindling. Here is more:
President Donald Trump took his first steps Thursday toward fulfilling his vow to dismantle Obamacare, signing an executive order that he says will bring affordable health insurance to millions more people.
The order broadly tasks the administration with developing policies to increase health care competition and choice in order to improve the quality of health care and lower prices.
The order, Trump said from the Roosevelt Room of the White House, would give “millions of Americans with Obamacare relief.” It would “cost the United States government virtually nothing and people will have great great health care. And when I say people, I mean by the millions and millions.”
Specifically, the President is directing the Labor Department to study how to make it easier for small businesses, and possibly individuals, to join together and buy health insurance through nationwide association health plans. The department could give employers in the same industries more flexibility to offer group coverage across state lines, providing them with a broader range of policies at lower rates.
First of all, I disagree with CNN’s claim this is the beginning of his plan to “dismantle” Obamacare. It looks more like he is trying to improve it and haven’t the Democrats been saying they want to work with the President to improve Obamacare’s flaws? But let that go…
I love the idea of letting small businesses, and possibly individuals, pool together to get lower rate which are more comparable to what is offered to larger companies. Honestly, I am not sure why this was not part of Obamacare in the first place.
At first glance this appears to be a big step in the right direction, and although I would rather see this done through the legislative process, Rand Paul is on board with this so I have to believe Donald Trump has not overstepped his bounds with this Executive Order. Now if only the Republicans could get their act together…

Donald Trump suggests NBC should have its FCC license revoked
Regular readers of America’s Watchtower know how I feel about the mainstream media, and the whole country knows how Donald Trump feels about the mainstream media.
Earlier today NBC reported, in an apparent attempt to shield the Democrats who are now getting caught up in the Harvey Weinsten scandal, that the President wanted to increase America’s nuclear arsenal ten-fold. This was quickly shot down as fake news be Secretary of Defense Mattis. Here is what he tweeted:
He called the story false and irresponsible, but Donald Trump took it another step when he tweeted the following:
Hillary Clinton condemns Harvey Weinstein, what is she going to do with his donations?
I suppose when you are “married” to an alleged serial sex abuser it is hard to understand what all the Harvey Weinstein hubbub is all about, that is the only reason I can come up with for why it took Hillary Clinton nearly a week to condemn the actions over decades of one of her campaign contributors. But today she finally condemned Harver Weinstein, here is more:
Hillary Clinton said Tuesday she is “shocked and appalled” by sexual assault and harassment allegations against movie mogul-Democratic donor Harvey Weinstein.
“The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated,” the former secretary of State said in a statement. “Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior.”
However, to date the former Presidential candidate did not say whether or not she would keep his donations:
Donald Trump releases his 70-point immigration blueprint
Earlier today Donald Trump released his 70-point immigration blueprint (I am calling it a “blueprint” and not a “plan” because this is supposed to be a negotiating starting point) which would allow dreamers to remain in the United States with some concessions coming from the Democrats in return.
