Barack Obama used an alias in email to Hillary Clinton
Yesterday the FBI released more documents related to its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal and the big new was that the FBI granted Cheryl Mills, a woman who is at the heart of the scandal, immunity in return for her testimony and today we have learned something which is potentially bigger news.
According to this story Barack Obama–who only learned about Hillary Clinton’s email server by watching the news–used an alias in an email communication to the former Secretary of State. Here is more:
President Barack Obama used a pseudonym in email communications with Hillary Clinton and others, according to FBI records made public Friday.
The disclosure came as the FBI released its second batch of documents from its investigation into Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
The 189 pages the bureau released includes interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides, such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills; senior State Department officials; and even Marcel Lazar, better known as the Romanian hacker “Guccifer.”
In an April 5, 2016 interview with the FBI, Abedin was shown an email exchange between Clinton and Obama, but the longtime Clinton aide did not recognize the name of the sender.
“Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?'” the report says. “Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”
I find it odd Huma Abedin wanted a copy of the email after she found out it was from the President but let that go, it is not germane to the topic but something interesting to ponder.
Hillary Clinton is sheltered from her proposed estate tax increases
Hillary Clinton has proposed raising the estate tax from 40% to 65% on the wealthiest Americans, here is more on the former Secretary of State’s proposal:
Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Thursday proposed raising taxes on inherited property to 65% for the largest estates as she bolstered plans for tax hikes on the wealthiest Americans.
Known by conservative opponents as the “death tax,” the estate tax, levied on property such as cash, real estate, stock or other assets transferred from deceased persons to heirs, currently is imposed only on inherited assets worth $5.45 million or more for an individual.
Clinton’s plan, posted on her campaign’s website, would raise the estate tax from the current 40% to 45%, the rate that existed in 2009. But the biggest estates would face rates of up to 65% for property valued at more than $500 million for a single person or $1 billion per couple, under her proposal, an update of an earlier plan.
“Hillary Clinton has made a commitment throughout this campaign to make sure there is a plan to pay for the progressive policies we have laid out,” said Mike Shapiro, an economic adviser to Clinton.
So, Hillary Clinton has made a commitment to ensure there is a plan to pay for her policies, but according to this article that plan does not include her family sacrificing for the greater good because the Clinton’s have taken measures to shield themselves from her own proposed tax increases. Donald Trump calls for a national ‘stop and frisk’ policy
Donald Trump has said several things during this campaign which makes me question his constitutional knowledge as well as his intent to abide by the founding document. The one comment he made, up until this point, that had me the most upset was when he threatened to use libel laws to sue the media if they wrote “horrible and negative and false articles” about him.
We all know the media has a bias, in fact I have written several posts in the last two weeks showing examples of media bias, and while if the media does knowingly print blatant and purposefully incorrect articles they should be open to libel laws I cannot support a person who threatens to sue the media if it writes something he simply feels is “horrible and negative.” This would be a clear violation of the freedom of the press and this type of threat is something I would expect from the left.
But today Donald Trump has touted a policy I find equally at odds with the Constitution when he called for a national “stop and frisk” policy. Here is more:
CNN misquotes Donald Trump’s comment about ‘profiling’
CNN did not get the moniker (does that sound too close to Monica?) of being the Clinton News Network back in the day for no reason and in recent weeks the network is reminding how they got it in the first place. In the aftermath of last weekend’s terrorist attacks in New York, New Jersey, and Minnesota Donald Trump called for “profiling” as a means to prevent these ever-increasing attacks. This is what Donald Trump said:
“In Israel they profile, they’ve done an unbelievable job, as good as you can do,” Trump said. “They profile. They see somebody that is suspicious, they will profile, they will take that person in, they’ll check out. Do we have choice? Look what’s going on? Do we really have a choice? … This is only going to get worse.”

Bill Whittle is out with his latest Firewall video entitled “The Clinton Lie Ratchet.” In this video Bill Whittle explains how when confronted with a scandal (in this case the email scandal) the Clinton’s choose the least damaging lie out of all the lies and then when it is shown to be a lie progress though all the other lies one a time until the truth has been revealed to the American people. In the end the least damaging lie turns out to be to most damning lie.
This is now happening with Hillary Clinton’s health and Bill Whittle promises to address this in his next Firewall video. This is brilliant and here it is:

Did the man who deleted Hillary Clinton’s emails ask Reddit users for help on removing her email address from archived emails?
Last week the man who deleted Hillary Clinton’s emails, Paul Combetta, decided to plead the Fifth rather than testifying in front of the Congress even though he was granted immunity by the Injustice Department and now we might know why. Paul Combetta did not have to worry about incriminating himself because he was granted immunity so most likely he was looking to protect Hillary Clinton.
According to this article Paul Combetta, using an alias, might have been seeking advice on Reddit on how to delete certain information on a “VERY VIP” individual. It is believed this “VERY VIP” individual was none other than Hillary Clinton. Here is more:
An army of reddit users believes it has found evidence that former Hillary Clinton computer specialist Paul Combetta solicited free advice regarding Clinton’s private email server from users of the popular web forum.
A collaborative investigation showed a reddit user with the username stonetear requested help in relation to retaining and purging email messages after 60 days, and requested advice on how to remove a “VERY VIP” individual’s email address from archived content.
The requests match neatly with publicly known dates related to Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state.
Stonetear has deleted the posts, but before doing so, the pages were archived by other individuals.
There are several reasons to believe the reddit user is indeed Combetta, who was granted immunity by the Justice Department during its investigation of Clinton’s private server after he deleted a large number of emails.
The evidence connecting Combetta to the account is circumstantial, but also voluminous. The inactive website combetta.com is registered to the email address stonetear@gmail.com, a search of domain registration information using the service whois.com indicates. An account for a person named Paul Combetta on the web bazaar Etsy also has the username stonetear.
And, perhaps most damningly, there are the dates.
Hillary Clinton hits Donald Trump for calling the explosion in NYC a ‘bomb’ seconds after doing the same and NBC runs cover for her
Hillary Clinton issued a statement on the explosions in New York City and after she did she was asked to comment on Donald Trump calling the explosions a bombing before all the facts were known and this is what she had to say:
“Well I think it’s important to know all of the facts about an incident like this. That’s why it’s critical to support the first responders, the investigators who are looking into it, trying to figure out what did happen. I think it’s always wiser to wait to until you have information for making conclusions, because we are just in the beginning stages of trying to determine what happened.”
It sure looks as if the former Secretary of State is calling out the billionaire businessman for speaking on the attack before the facts were in, doesn’t it? The only problem is that in her opening statement, which apparently this reporter ignored, Hillary Clinton called this attack a bombing, here is what she said just seconds before:

Most of you probably do not know this but here in New England we are facing extreme drought conditions. Needless to say, people all over the area are having problems with their wells, so many in fact that the local high school has opened up its facilities to the public for anyone who wants to take a shower. We had our own scare last weekend but luckily for us it turned out to be a problem with the pressure switch and we got our water back after a visit by the well guy on Tuesday night. We are still holding our breath every time we run the water that our well will hold out until we get some rain. So for now we are praying for rain and putting our trust in the Living Water.

Earlier this week First Lady Michelle Obama gave a major speech in support of Hillary Clinton so I thought it would be interesting to look at what she had to say about the former Secretary of State back in 2008.
Michelle Obama talked about how her family was a role model of what good families should look like. She then took an obvious shot at Hillary Clinton’s unfaithful husband (and interestingly enough seemed to lay the blame for his unfaithfulness on Hillary Clinton) by saying “if you can’t run your own house you certainly can’t run the White house.” Ouch.

Democratic Super PAC offers to pay for dirt on Donald Trump
With Donald Trump surging in the recent swing state polls, and the lingering and now legitimate concerns over Hillary Clinton’s health, the Democratic Party is getting very nervous. So nervous in fact that a Super PAC created by longtime Clinton ally David Brock is now willing to pay for dirt on the billionaire businessman.

Hillary Clinton ally David Brock wants your Donald Trump dirt, and he’s willing to pay top dollar for it.
Correct the Record, one of the well-funded super PACs Brock founded, is creating a WikiLeaks-style project to pay anonymous tipsters for scoops, which they’re calling Trump Leaks.
While the effort is focused on uncovering previously unreleased audio and video recordings, Brock is interested in just about anything on Trump — as long as it’s new, unflattering and procured legally.
“We’re chasing everything,” Brock told NBC News. That could be internal documents about Trump’s business empire, his tax returns or perhaps something more personal.
Correct the Record, which is allowed to directly coordinate with the Clinton campaign, has set no financial cap on what they’re willing to pay.
