MSNBC: If you married in 2020 you are a selfish, reckless, gaudy killer
Well, if you had the audacity to fall in love and get married in 2020 MSNBC wants you to know exactly what it thinks of you and of America in general. And in case you were wondering here is a hint, it ain’t flattering. Here is what the hosts had to say while discussing an article that appeared in New York Magazine:
“Historically we do live in a culture that has encouraged people to sort of push the costs of their actions onto other people,” says dumpy bad writer Sarah Jones, who is also no great shakes on TV.
Yeah, and you point out, I’m going to read part of your article, “Call the weddings stupid or selfish if you want, I can’t argue with either characterization. But they aren’t aberrant. There’s nothing more American than a gaudy, expensive party that kills people. The very stories America tells about itself encourages all of us to be selfish, to shift the cost of our actions onto others.” So, I mean, is this in many ways, do you think, Sarah, just sort of a commentary on America in general and not necessarily just this pandemic?
Notice she says this does not just apply to the pandemic but is a commentary of America as a whole? If you thought the rhetoric was going to tone down now that Donald Trump is only days away from being out of office you are sadly mistaken because they are no longer afraid to show us how much disdain they have for this country, no check that, for the people of this country. They can no longer hide their true feelings.

Andrew Yang wants Americans barcoded to prove COVID-19 vaccinations
Former Democratic Presidential candidate Andrew Yang believes that it will be nearly impossible for Americans to attend concerts or other events with large gatherings of people in the “new America” unless everybody in the gathering can prove they have been vaccinated for the COVID-19 virus.
You can imagine how impossible it would be to make all concert-goers show their papers but do not fret because Andrew Yang has a simple solution to the problem. What if all the people had some type of marking, like say a nice 1930’s style German tattoo? No that would not do, it would be too obvious, let us make it a barcode instead. Here is more:
Former Democrat presidential candidate Andrew Yang proposed a “barcode” program Friday for Americans to prove they have received a coronavirus vaccination.
“Is there a way for someone to easily show that they have been vaccinated – like a barcode they can download on their phone? There ought to be,” Yang wrote on Twitter.
“Tough to have mass gatherings like concerts or ballgames without either mass adoption of the vaccine or a means of signaling,” he continued.
They have already clamped down on every single aspect of our lives, at one point making it basically only legal for most Americans to work and to eat in order to be strong enough to work. We have seen them clamp down on all recreational activities as well as religious gatherings and now people like Andrew Yang want us tattooed in order to prove we have complied with the Government and are fit to rejoin society.
Do you still think this is about anything other than total control? Even most of the people who believed this was a conspiracy do not take the conspiracy far enough because they thought this was all about getting Donald Trump out of office and it is so much bigger than that…

New York City restaurants ban Andrew Cuomo
Turnabout is fair play. Andrew Cuomo has decimated New York City under the guise of keeping his subjects safe from the COVID-19 pandemic. Many restaurants are struggling to survive and many have gone out of business all due to the unconstitutional Draconian lockdown orders, but now many New York City restaurants are joining together to turn the tables on New York’s favorite dictator. According to this story several restaurants in the city have banned Andrew Cuomo from ever setting foot in their establishments again. Here is more:
Struggling restaurant owners city-wide are permanently banning New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo from setting foot into their establishments.
Many members of the Facebook Group NYC Restaurants Open applaud the Executive Order banning Cuomo from being served at all New York City establishments. One member stated “Completely schizophrenic behavior! How are they coming up with these rules is beyond any logical reasoning”
According to bar owner Larry Baird “ He can eat at some shitty roadside diner outside of Albany but he will not be served anywhere in New York City, known universally as the world’s greatest dining destination! If he has to use the restroom he can go pee on my street-corner! That’s what he wants anyway!”
The thing with people like Andrew Cuomo is they do not believe they have to live by the rules they are forcing the plebeians to live by, as we have seen in a growing number of examples, so a move like this must really be a blow to his pride. Next on the banned list should be Bill de Blasio…
It is good to see people starting to fight back, albeit eight months late, and with this and the recall effort going on in California maybe the people have finally had enough. As the Congress fights over handing out a meager stipend to the people what the people really need is for the State to finally free the people and let them get back to earning a living.

Rhode Island Governor caught at wine event days after telling residents not to attend nonessential events
There is a growing list of authoritarians in our Government who either do not follow their own advice when it comes to stopping the spread of COVID-19 or who just outright flout the lockdown orders they have put in place. There is now a new name to add to the list.
Authoritarian Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo warned her subjects to avoid any nonessential gatherings and to wear masks at all times when not eating, however just a few short days later she was caught at an apparently essential paint and wine event with a mask on. Here is more:
The governor of Rhode Island is facing backlash this week after she was photographed at a wine and paint night just days after she had discouraged inessential activities to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
The picture, taken by Erica Oliveras last Friday, shows Democratic Gov. Gina Raimondo sitting at table in Barnaby’s Public House in Providence without a mask, WLNE reported.
Her supporters are defending her because technically she did not break any COVID-19 orders, however she did urge her subjects not to attend events like this just days before. She has a different definition of the term “essential” apparently…
She obviously does not take the threat of spreading COVID-19 seriously as she would like us to believe she does, and in fact she just likes the emergency powers she has given herself. Let them eat cake!

In recent years we have seen schools, streets, and sports teams change their names, and statues torn down, if they have been deemed offensive. This has reached a new absurdity in, where else, San Francisco where a school is renaming itself. What is the offensive name? Abraham Lincoln High School.

I do not think I need to say anything else about this story, but on a side note it is interesting to note that Dianne Feinstein did not make the cut either. Her name is being removed from a school in San Francisco as well.

Supreme Court rules against COVID-19 church restrictions in Colorado and New Jersey
We have had a few Supreme Court victories in regards to the unconstitutional State COVID-19 church closures in recent weeks with the most recent decision being rendered against Andrew Cuomo in New York and now we have another one, or rather two more.
The Supreme Court today ruled against church lockdown orders in both Colorado and New Jersey, here is more:
The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled in favor of houses of worship in Colorado and New Jersey that opposed capacity limits on worship services.
In the Colorado case, the court ruled 6-3 to send the lawsuit, brought by the High Plains Harvest Church, back to the lower courts, where the church had lost.
Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan dissented, saying the case was moot because Colorado had already lifted all the limits. “There is no reason to think Colorado will reverse course — and so no reason to think Harvest Church will again face capacity limits,” the dissent said.
In a second ruling Tuesday, the Supreme Court issued a ruling limiting New Jersey’s application of Covid-19 restrictions that apply to religious settings, granting an injunction sought by two religious institutions — a church in North Caldwell and a synagogue in Lakewood.
The church and synagogue asked for an injunction allowing them “to host indoor, in-person religious worship for their respective congregations on the same terms and conditions allowed for comparable secular activities; that is, either the 100% of capacity afforded ‘essential’ non-retail businesses or, alternatively, the 50% of capacity allowed for ‘essential’ retail businesses, with the same health and safety protocols and exemptions applicable to comparable secular activities.”
It is interesting to note that in both cases the dissent revolved around the fact that the restrictions were already dialed back and therefor the suit was irrelevant because there are no indications there are plans to shut down again. I could not disagree with this argument any more strongly because there is no doubt in my mind the lockdowns are coming back and this puts the States on notice that stopping people from worshipping is a bridge too far.

Representative calls for investigation into Eric Swalwell’s relationship with Chinese spy
Democrats on the Intelligence Committees have been infiltrated by Chinese spies for years. This is not conjecture, we already know that Dianne Feinstein employed a Chinese spy for twenty years and now we are learning that Eric Swalwell, who was so worried about Russian spies, was in a relationship with a Chinese spy for six years.
We are supposed to ignore Dianne Feinstein’s lack of due diligence because the spy was just her limo driver and there is no way, even though she is privy to sensitive information, she would have even once over the two decades actually said something in front of him that she should not have.
Even if you are willing to go out on that limb to defend the indefensible with Dianne Feinstein it is infinitely more difficult to willingly suspend disbelief when it comes to Eric Swalwell because he actually hired interns based on the recommendations of the Chinese Spy he was in a relationship with.
Now at least one member of the Congress is calling for an investigation, here is more:
Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI) filed a complaint Friday to the House Ethics Committee asking it to “immediately open an investigation” into allegations that suspected Chinese spy Christine Fang compromised Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA).
“The story indicates that the FBI was so concerned with his close relationship with Fang that they had to warn Swalwell about his connections to a known spy in 2015, including Rep. Swalwell’s decision to place an intern in his Congressional office on Fang’s recommendations,” Sensenbrenner wrote.
He added that “2015 was also when then-Leader [Nancy] Pelosi appointed Rep. Swalwell to the Intelligence Committee, providing the then-second term congressmen [sic] with significant access to highly sensitive and classified information.”
“It is unknown how much private and/or classified information Fang had access to as a result of her relationship with Rep. Swalwell and whether Rep. Swalwell was compromised as a relationship with her,” Sensenbrenner continued.
In his complaint Friday, Sensenbrenner stated that “Allowing an international spy to forge a close relationship with a member of Congress and then allowing personnel decisions to be influenced by a Chinese national does not reflect creditably on the House.”
Democrats, who have been screaming Russia, Russia, Russia, for four years are sure to call this a witch-hunt but they would do well to remember that all it took to open up an investigation into Donald Trump’s connection to Russia was a rumor of a conversation and there appears to be much more evidence in this case.
