Democrats take a page from Karl Rove’s playbook, seek to protect establishment candidates from primary challengers
Back in February of 2013 Karl Rove basically declared war on the Tea Party by backing a new group called the Conservative Victory Project. Sure the name sounded great but as I alluded to above, this was nothing but an attempt to protect the establishment elitist incumbent Republicans from facing primary challenges from undesirables–in other words, voters who are upset with the party.
In the end the establishment wants to control who our candidates will be and for all intents and purposes they do. We only have the illusion of real choice but make no mistake about it when the establishment throws money behind a candidate in most cases it is that candidate who ends up winning.
According to this story the establishment Democrats apparently like this idea as well because it looks like they are stealing a page out of Karl Rove’s playbook.
The latest Firewall video by Bill Whittle is entitled “The Criminal Arrogance of Hillary Clinton” and in this video he explains how the former Secretary of State might have disqualified herself from holding the office of the Presidency.

The Jerusalem Post: The White House is deeply disappointed in Benjamin Netanyahu’s reelection
The Jerusalem Post has issued an analysis of the White House’s reaction to the news that Benjamin Netanyahu won his reelection bid. Here is part of the analysis from the article:
Privately, the White House is expressing deep disappointment with the result of Tuesday’s elections, which they believe reinforces some of the greatest points of tension inflaming the relationship between Washington and Jerusalem. Netanyahu’s comments on the eve of the polls, apparently backing away from his support of a Palestinian state, particularly irked the president’s team.
Senior US officials were caught by a genuine sense of surprise with word of Isaac Herzog’s trouncing, as they had been relying on the same local polling data available to the public, two such officials told The Jerusalem Post. Other officials declined to characterize the White House reaction, reinforcing a generally muted and controlled response.
This of course could be nothing more than propaganda or an attempt to get back at the President for publicly questioning the Israeli leader however I think it is most likely true. There have been rumors that our government had been funneling money to an anti-Netanyahu group in order to help oust him from power in the election. This is an issue the Congress is going to delve into in the future.
For the last several days the State Department has been scrambling to determine whether or not Hillary Clinton signed a separation agreement declaring that she turned over all official State communications when she resigned as Secretary of State but have been unable to do so. Hillary Clinton ducked the question recently when it was asked of her. This led to speculation she might have committed a felony by signing the form while possibly hiding communications within her personal email server.
Today the State Department has admitted there is no record that Hillary Clinton signed any such document, here is more:
The State Department has no record that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signed a standard form declaring that she surrendered all official records before leaving her post in 2013, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
“We have reviewed Secretary Clinton’s official personnel file and administrative files and do not have any record of her signing the” form, State spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters at a regular briefing.
“I think we’re fairly certain she did not. We do not have record of it,” the spokeswoman said.
Much has been made by the left and by the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) about the open letter Tom Cotton and 46 other Republicans signed and sent to the leaders of Iran. My position on this issue was that it was silly and short-sighted for the Republicans to do this because it would come back to haunt them–they should have waited to see what was in the deal before they opposed it–while the left’s position was it was treasonous, traitorous, a violation of the Logan Act, and a deliberate attempt to undermine the President’s negotiations with a foreign nation.
But now it turns out, if this story is true, that these Republicans never actually sent the letter to Iran and never contacted the leaders of Iran as those who are screaming to hang the treasonous bastards would have us believe. Tom Cotton simply posted this little civics lesson on his website and to some social media sites.

Did Hillary Clinton file a separation form, as required by law, when she left the State Department acknowledging she turned over all State Department communications? You would think this would be an easy question to answer yet Hillary Clinton dodged the question when it was asked of her and to date the State Department has not been able to locate it.

AP reporter Matt Lee was stumped by the State Department’s inability to find the “separation” form Hillary Clinton should’ve signed when she quit as Secretary of State, wondering why the department cannot go back and pull the document from the department’s HR files. The form, OF-109, is critical to understanding whether Clinton violated the law by maintaining her own private e-mail account and server to conduct official business as Secretary.
This simple question presents quite a dilemma for the former Secretary of State: if she signed the document yet kept State Department emails hidden on her personal email server for two years, and this seems likely, then she most likely committed a felony.
James Carville: Hillary Clinton didn’t want Louie Gohmert ‘rifling through her emails’
In an attempt to defend Hillary Clinton’s use of her personal email account to conduct State Department business James Carville might have accidentally admitted what we all feel is most likely the truth–the former first lady did not want the Congress to read her emails. Here is what he had to say:
“At the end of the day, the Republicans can’t pass a budget, we have another investigation,” Carville said. “Just like we had the Whitewater. Just like you go through File-gate. You go through Travel-gate. You go through seven or different eight congressional committees. You wonder why the public is not following this, because they know what it is. It was something she did. It was legal. I suspect she didn’t want Louie Gohmert rifling through her emails. Which seems to me to be a kind of reasonable position for someone to take. It amounts to, just like everything else before it, it amounts to nothing a bunch of people flapping their jaws about nothing.”
That would be all very well and good, of course, if Hillary Clinton was using her personal email account for personal reasons and personal reasons alone; if that were the case the Congress would have no reason to, and no basis for, “rifling through her emails.”
However, as we all know by now, that was not the case so this admission leads us to one obvious question: why didn’t Hillary Clinton want Louie Gohmert and the Congress “rifling through” her State Department emails which were apparently hidden on her personal email server?

Did Valerie Jarrett leak the Hillary Clinton email story?
Is Valerie Jarrett the one who leaked the story to the New York Times about Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email account during her time at the State Department? Does that question sound outrageous? After all, why would the White House leak a story which could come back to haunt the President?

But she did so through people outside the administration, so the story couldn’t be traced to her or the White House.
“My contacts and friends in newspapers and TV tell me that they’ve been contacted by the White House and offered all kinds of negative stories about us,” one of Bill’s friends quotes him as saying. “The Obamas are behind the e-mail story, and they’re spreading rumors that I’ve been with women, that Hillary promoted people at the State Department who’d done favors for our foundation, that John Kerry had to clean up diplomatic messes Hillary left behind.”
Then, according to this source, Bill added: “The Obamas are out to get us any way they can.”

Now on to the musical selection of the week. As many of you probably know The Cure is my all time favorite band while Muse is my favorite band which is currently active. I had intended to post a video by The Cure this week but two days ago my son informed me that Muse was set to release a new album in June so I have changed my mind.
Muse can be a very political band at times and lead singer and songwriter Matt Bellamy is a self-proclaimed left-leaning libertarian who often writes about government control and the conspiracies–such as the New World Order, HAARP, the Illuminati. In fact the album “The Resistance” has a 1984 feel to it and includes the brilliant track “The United States of Eurasia.”
Muse’s new album is sure not to disappoint, here is his description of the forthcoming work which is going to be entitled “Drones”: “To me, drones are metaphorical psychopaths which enable psychopathic behavior with no recourse,” he says. “The world is run by drones utilizing drones to turn us all into drones. This album explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors.”
Sounds pretty interesting to me, I cannot wait for June 8th! Muse released a video for one of the songs and so I thought I would share it with you. It is entitled “Psycho” and although I do not like the anti-military theme to this song it probably sets up the rest of the album and it is still a pretty good song.

Senate to investigate the possibility the Obama regime supported an effort to oust Benjamin Netanyahu
When is was announced that John Boehner had invited Benjamin Netanyahu to speak in front of the Congress Barack Obama refused to meet with the Israeli leader on the grounds that it was White House policy not to meet with world leaders immediately before they face reelection. The reason for this policy is that the United States does not want to be seen as involving itself in, or influencing the outcome of, a foreign nation’s election.
Honestly I can understand that logic, however it is now being suggested that the Obama regime might have actually meddled in the upcoming Israeli elections after all–but on the other side. According to this story a bipartisan Senate Committee has decided to investigate the possibility that the Obama regime might have helped to fund efforts to oust Benjamin Netanyahu.
