Gunrunner: Withheld documents include correspondence between Eric Holder, his wife, and his mother
When the Fast and Furious scandal which left Brian Terry, Jamie Zapata, and hundreds of Mexican nationals dead began to close in around Eric Holder Barack Obama claimed Executive Privilege and sealed the documents which I believe would have implicated Eric Holder and possibly Barack Obama.
Judicial Watch had filed a lawsuit asking for a “Vaughn List” of the documents which were being withheld and last month a court ordered the Obama regime to provide Judicial Watch with this list. Today the Department of Injustice complied with the order.
While a Vaughn List provides a list of documents which were withheld it does not provide the content of those documents, however there are some interesting tidbits which were learned as a result of this disclosure.
The Obama regime mislead the Congress and the people about “non-violent” illegal immigrants released from prison
Last year the Obama regime released over 2,000 illegal immigrants from jail. This drew the ire of the Congress, and in response ICE ensured both the Congress and the American people that only low-risk detainees were released in this effort to “save money.”
However USA Today has obtained some new documents that show the Obama regime misled the Congress and the American people–there were some very dangerous people released into the streets of the United States if this is true.

Audience at New Hampshire debate laughs at Jeanne Shaheen when she dodges a question on whether or not she supports Barack Obama’s agenda
As has been well-reported the Democrats who are considered to be vulnerable have been trying to distance themselves from Barack Obama, to the point where two have refused to answer whether or not they voted for him.
This was in evidence once again last night in a debate here in New Hampshire between Scott Brown and Jeanne Shaheen. Jeanne Shaheen was asked a simple yes or no question from the moderator: “Do you approve of the job Barack Obama is doing?” Needless to say, she did not give a yes or no answer and it drew laughter from the audience.
Illegal immigrants found on the voting rolls in North Carolina
According to this Winston-Salem Journal report illegal immigrants have been found on the voting rolls in North Carolina.

The voter rolls kept by the State Board of Elections contain 145 names that belong to a certain category of ineligible voter – immigrants in the U.S. under a federal program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, according to elections officials.
Josh Lawson, an SBOE spokesman, said that election officials found out about the number Tuesday night, after the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles ran a specific search for drivers with DACA licenses.
And they just happen to be from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, what a coincidence! And, also according to the article, there may be more.
Either intentionally or unintentionally Barack Obama has been undercutting the Democrats who are trying to distance themselves from him in the upcoming election. Two have gone so far as to refuse to tell us if they voted for the President, which makes no sense because we all know they did so there is nothing to gain from this.
When asked about the President on the campaign trail some Democrats like to remind us that he is not on the ballot in 2014 instead of answering the question. This has certainly been the case here in New Hampshire. But what did Barack Obama do?

I sometimes write about local New Hampshire politics here on America’s Watchtower because I can do something about what is happening in my state and I like to keep my readers abreast of what is happening here from time to time. I do not generally write about the local politics of other states because I can do nothing about it. (Technically I could send money but I have a deep-seated personal belief that only the voters of a state should contribute to candidates in that state so I refuse to do so.)
However, every once in awhile a story pops up which I cannot ignore and this is one such story.
We all know that sometime after the election Barack Obama is going to use Executive action on illegal immigration, but at this point we do not know what it will entail or how big or sweeping the action will be.
However, if this story is true, we now have an idea what the breadth of the action will be and it looks to be massive.

Whether you like it or not the Ebola “crisis” has predictably turned into a political issue ahead of the 2014 election. Republicans were quick to jump on this issue in order to highlight Barack Obama’s lack of leadership and the Democrats jumped on this to show the American people that Republican cuts kill.
This is not entirely true, as I pointed out in this post, because in reality the CDC received an 8% increase in spending. they do not have a budget problem, they have a priorities problem.
American Crossroads “spelling bee” ad hits Jeanne Shaheen for being a rubber stamp for Barack Obama
American Crossroads has released a new ad here in New Hampshire which hits Jeanne Shaheen as being a rubber stamp for Barack Obama’s agenda. In this ad there is a spelling bee and a contestant is asked to spell ‘Shaheen.’
After asking for a definition and for an example of ‘Shaheen’ being used in a sentence the girl spells ‘Shaheen’ O-B-A-M-A and the judges look at each other and say “close enough.”
I got a laugh out of it so I thought I would share it:
