Below is a news report from a second television station that now may have been banned by the Obama campaign from future interviews.
It appears as though Joe Biden was prepares to answer tough hitting questions on the Phillies, but not on Obama’ssocialism. Phillies questions, yeah I am sure voters are interested in what Biden thinks of such an important issue to the American people as how the Phillies are going to do.
The left has gone out of it’s way to discredit the news anchor from the Florida station that was banned from future interviews because she had the courage to ask Biden tough questions. Instead of answering the questions the Obama campaign would rather destroy the people who ask the questions. Just ask “Joe the plumber” about that. Someone illegally used government computers to gain access to “Joe the plumber’s” personal information. Now they are poised to ruin the career of a reporter for trying to do her job.
The fact that Obama’s campaign has now shunned a second television station for daring to ask a question that the campaign didn’t like is not surprising. Obama’s campaign now has a history of trying to silence all of those that disagree with him. In his perfect totalitarian world nobody will ever question him. And those that do will lose their outlet, their voice to do so. Obama’s campaign has already threatened television stations with FCC revocations of their licenses for running negative campaign ads, this is only the next logical step.
When did it become unacceptable to try to pin a politician down on his positions? There are many unanswered questions about Obama and he wants to keep it that way. Finally a few people have had the courage to try to ask his campaign a tough question and Obama’s Chicago bully brand politics are beginning to surface.
Whether you agree with the stations for asking these questions or not, this is a dangerous trend that we have been seeing from the Obama campaign. If he is willing to go to these lengths before he is president and before he has any power, what will he do as president? How far will he go? Even Obama’s staunchest supports must know that this type of infringement on the freedom of the press is dangerous. But they just don’t care as long as it is their guy doing the infringing.
The left defends Obama by saying that they don’t blame him for refusing to go on television stations that are “hostile” towards him. If Obama’s campaign can’t even handle a tough question about Obama’s policies from a “hostile” television station before he is president how can a President Obama handle the terrorist attack, from a hostile nation, that Joe Biden promised and guaranteed would happen after Barack Obama becomes president?
Feds Foil Assassination Plot Against Barack Obama
This is the second assassination plot against Barack Obama that has been thwarted. Unlike the first one, which I wrote about here, this one appears to have been a viable threat. The details of these two men’s plans are disturbing to say the least.
The men planned on going on a killing spree culminating in the assassination attempt. Both men knew they would probably never succeed with the assassination, but the idea that someone could plot to kill or decapitate 88 people culminating with the assassination of a presidential candidate just because of the color of their skin, I can’t get my arms around that. How many people would these men have killed if this plot was not uncovered?
Sometimes I feel as though society is unraveling in front of my eyes, and this just re-enforces that opinion. Where have morals gone, where is the sense of right and wrong in this country? Where has the value for human life gone? What could drive someone to this type of thought? I can’t even understand the thought, never-mind actually carrying out such a sick plan.
Those are some of the questions that go through my mind when I read a story like this one. How many people are there out there like this that devalue life so much that the only way they feel they can get the attention that they deserve is to plot something like this? We see it from time to time, we saw it at Virginia Tech and at the Amish school in Pennsylvania. But every time we see it I ask the same questions.
Today I should be happy that this plan was stopped before anyone got hurt, and I am. But I can’t stop asking myself two more questions. When will the next sick plan unfold, and will we be able to stop it in time?
Latest New Hampshire Poll (10/28/08)
The latest New Hampshire polls are out for the house and senate races along with the presidential race. It’s not getting any prettier.
Shea-Porter is leading Bradley, 48 to 40 percent, with a 5.3 percent margin of error
And that is the close race, here’s more:
In the Senate race rematch between Republican Sen. John Sununu and Democratic former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen, Shaheen is leading 49 to 38 percent.
Democratic U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes has a larger margin over his challenger, Republican Jennifer Horn. The poll shows Hodes leading 48 to 26 percent, with a 5.3 percent margin of error.
And our governor appears to be going nowhere:
Gov. John Lynch has maintained a comfortable lead over his challenger, Republican state Sen. Joe Kenney. Lynch’s popularity ratings have been high throughout his terms, and that has translated to 68 percent support, compared to 18 percent for Kenney
That is a much better showing for Kenney than the last poll that I saw which had him down by a 73-7% margin.
On to the presidential race.
Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama leading Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, 55 percent to 39 percent.
Obama had an eight point lead in the last New Hampshire poll, the trends for McCain don’t look good. It looks like one more “blue” election for New Hampshire.
The Bailout Bill Passed yet the Stock Market Continues to Slide
We were told that we had to do something right away to save the economy. To wait would be dangerous. There was no time to waste. We needed to save Wall Street. We were told that doing something was better than doing nothing and that WE MUST DO IT NOW!
Then congress passed the economy socialization bill otherwise known as the Wall Street bailout bill, and we could all breathe a sigh of relief because congress and the president saved the day. WHEW!
We were then told that we had to be patient as the government took over the economy, the stock market, the banks and the mortgage industry in a move that Hugo Chavez surely must be jealous of. The question is why is patience necessary now when quick reaction was needed before? We would have been better off with a little patience before this disastrous piece of legislation that has begun the slide into socialism was ever signed. Maybe then we could have had a bill that really helped the economy and not a bill designed to let the government take over the economy.
So what has happened since President Bush and congress saved the day? Not much.
The U.S. stock market has lost 1,417 points–a decline of nearly $3 trillion in value–since President Bush signed into law a $700-billion financial industry bailout bill that was supported by both the Republican and Democratic presidential candidates.
But the bailout bill passed, I thought everything was supposed to be alright now. I thought this was supposed to stabilize the stock market. At huge taxpayer expense Wall Street, the banks, and the mortgage industry were bailed out. Good hard working Americans had to foot the bill on a bill that will do nothing and be of no help just so politicians can look as though they tried to do something.
In the rush to do so much they accomplished so little, and we are going to pay dearly for it while the people who are responsible for this mess, civilians and politicians alike, will walk away without paying one cent.
The same result would have occurred if congress and the president did nothing, and the taxpayers would not be out $1 trillion.
This is nothing but a travesty.

Obama Denies Television Station Future Interviews After Biden was Asked Tough Questions
Joe Biden went on WFTV in Florida for an interview. The woman conducting the interview asked Joe Biden several tough questions, ranging from Biden’s comment about an “international crisis” if Obama is elected to his “spreading the wealth” answer to Joe the plumber. All legitimate questions about Obama’s policies.
She quoted Karl Marx and asked if Obama was a Marxist because of his “spreading the wealth around” comment. Needless to say the Obama campaign is shocked at the gall of this reporter to actually ask Biden a tough question. So shocked, in fact, that they are now not going to allow the station to interview Jill Biden who was scheduled to do an interview. They are also not going to grant the television station any more interviews until after the election. Can you image what the reaction would have been if she asked about his racist “spiritual adviser, or his “association” with a domestic terrorist?
Add another notch in the saddle of Obama’s campaign when it comes to silencing those who dare to 
disagree. His campaign has an ever growing list of victims. There have been stories of “truth squads” that threaten television stations with the revocation of their FCC license, he has threatenedother stations that run ads by the NRA that are critical of him, someone had an anti-Obama writer detained in Kenya just before he was going to hold a press conference that was critical of Obama, youtube videos critical of Obama suddenly become “no longer available”, and a sheriff is even being investigated for using Obama’s middle name.
There are several examples of Obama’s willingness to silence the opposition, and I have sighted a few here. But let’s not forget that under Barack Obama’s totalitarian government the opposition will finally be fully silenced once he re-institutes the fairness doctrine. Couple that with Obama’s stance on the second amendment and we are looking at a total change in America as we know it. He promised change and we are going to get it. But it isn’t good change.
As America plunges into darkness and you wonder what happened just remember that America’s Watchtower stood upon the shining city on a hill and tried to warn you. But you didn’t listen. Who knows how much longer America’s Watchtower will be able to express an opinion because the fairness doctrine will carry over into the blogosphere. I, like all of Barack Obama’s critics, will be silenced.

Shortly after the debate that made “Joe the Plumber” famous his whole personal life seemed to had been made public. We learned quite a bit about him as the left and the media decided they needed to bring him down. It now appears as though government computers were used to get some of Joe’s personal data.
“State and local officials are investigating if state and law-enforcement computer systems were illegally accessed when they were tapped for personal information about “Joe the Plumber.”
Public records requested by The Dispatchdisclose that information on Wurzelbacher’s driver’s license or his sport-utility vehicle was pulled from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles database three times shortly after the debate.
Information on Wurzelbacher was accessed by accounts assigned to the office of Ohio Attorney General Nancy H. Rogers, the Cuyahoga County Child Support Enforcement Agency and the Toledo Police Department.
It has not been determined who checked on Wurzelbacher, or why. Direct access to driver’s license and vehicle registration information from BMV computers is restricted to legitimate law enforcement and government business.
They are not sure why the information on Joe was wanted? Come on. Right after the debate his personal data was stolen and we know that this story was beneficial to John McCain. Joe the plumber was helping John McCain gain some traction, he found an angle that he could pursue, and we are supposed to believe that nobody knows why his information was stolen.
Paul Lindsay, Ohio spokesman for the McCain campaign, attempted to portray the inquiries as politically motivated. “It’s outrageous to see how quickly Barack Obama’s allies would abuse government power in an attempt to smear a private citizen who dared to ask a legitimate question,” he said.
He is exactly right. Barack Obama went to Joe the plumber’s house, Joe did not go to see Obama. Joe was not sent by McCain to ask Obama a question. God forbid anyone ask Obama a question that he isn’t prepared for. It is essential to remember in this incident that it was Barack Obama that knocked on good ole Joe’s door. That is the part that the media is forgetting. We learned more information in 24 hours about Joe the plumber than we have learned during the campaign about Barack Obama’s shady past from the mainstream media. This man was minding his own business one day and when Obama accidentally made him famous, and it didn’t favor Obama, it was determined that Joe must be destroyed. I could almost understand this mindset if Joe was a plant sent by McCain, but he wasn’t. He wasn’t seeking the spotlight, he was a private citizen, and that is why it is of the utmost importance to remember that this man did nothing to warrant the harassment that has been bestowed upon him by the left and their willing accomplices in the mainstream media.
Did you notice that the first sentence of the quote above even tries to spin the issue? The article portrays the McCain campaign as trying to spin the use of government computers as being politically motivated. The sentence uses the phrase, “attempted to portray”, in other words the article is saying, “this is what McCain is trying to say”, which to me means they don’t believe it.
And all this time we were told that it was President Bush who was trampling the constitution, spying on our every move, and listening to all of our private conversations. This is foreboding of what is to come under a Barack Obama presidency. No critics will be safe.
Democrats to Consider Nationalizing Personal 401k Plans
You may not care about William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, and Tony Rezko. You may not care about Obama palling around with terrorists and calling a racist, hate filled, American hating reverend his spiritual adviser. You may not care about Obama not wearing a flag lapel pin (and by the way, when did McCain stop wearing his? He didn’t wear one during any of the debates, while Obama did.) You may not care that Obama is a socialist and you may not care that the economy has been socialized and you may also not care that the government has no business socializing health care.
But you damn well should care about this. Congress is considering taking the money away from you that you put in your 401k plan voluntarily and nationalizing it.
The market turmoil has some politicians on Capitol Hill eyeing the end of the 401(k) as we know it
Under Ghilarducci’s plan, all workers would receive a $600 annual inflation-adjusted subsidy from the U.S. government but would be required to invest 5 percent of their pay into a guaranteed retirement account administered by the Social Security Administration. The money in turn would be invested in special government bonds that would pay 3 percent a year, adjusted for inflation.
You would be required to contribute 5% of your pay and it would go to the Social Security Administration. This account would gain 3% interest as opposed to the gains that you would receive when the market turns around. This would replace your 401k account. In other words the government is going to take away the money that you voluntarily decided to invest in the stock market for your retirement.
The current system of providing tax breaks on 401(k) contributions and earnings would be eliminated.
“I want to stop the federal subsidy of 401(k)s,” Ghilarducci said in an interview. “401(k)s can continue to exist, but they won’t have the benefit of the subsidy of the tax break.”
This amount to a tax increase on everyone who has a 401k plan. Most Americans would lose this tax break. Losing a tax break is the same as a tax increase. It is a semantics game Democrats are playing.

And it gets even better.
workers would be able to pass on only half of their account balances to their heirs; presumably the government would seize the remaining half.
If you die, the government will keep half of the money that you voluntarily decided to put towards your retirement. Your family will only get half.
You wanted change, you are going to get it.
We were told that it was of the utmost importance for the government to pass a Wall Street bailout bill as soon as possible in order to save the economy. Time was vital, there was not time to waste. The bill has passed and yet the market is still in turmoil, so what could be the cause if the bailout bill was supposed to be the answer.
According to this article Barack Obama is to blame for the continuingmarket panic. Or at least the likelihood of a Barack Obama presidency.
The country is headed for recession; the only question is: Just how low can the markets and economy go?
It could be a lot lower – it all depends on the policies of the next president.
And, as it looks increasingly likely that Obama will be that man, the markets are casting a vote of “no confidence.”
Wall street is nervous about Barack Obama and his tax plans so they are selling off before it is really too late. Barack Obama is already having a profound negative effect on the economy and he isn’t even president, and hasn’t implemented his disastrous economic policies yet.
Just wait until he is president and we will see where the true bottom of the stock market is.
