New video shows Jonathan Gruber admitting Barack Obama was in on the Cadillac healthcare plan tax from the beginning
Another day and another video has surfaced with Jonathan Gruber talking about deceiving the stupid American voters into supporting the healthcare law.
Yesterday’s video showed the Obamacare architect bragging about how clever it was to take advantage of the American people in regards to the Cadillac healthcare plan tax, and today we have learned in a new video that Barack Obama was in on it from the beginning.
I cannot provide a direct link to the video but if you would like to see it please check out this article. Here is the text of his comments:
Nancy Pelosi lies about not knowing who Jonathan Gruber is
Earlier today Nancy Pelosi was asked about Jonathan Gruber and his comment about deceiving stupid American voters in order to get Obamacare passed and, predictably, she tried to distance herself from him.
She event went so far as to make the claim that she had no idea who he was and that he did not write the legislation.
Here is what she said:
Why is the mainstream media ignoring Jonathan Gruber’s comments on the stupidity of the American voters? Ben Carson has a theory
Much has been made in the blogoshere of Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber’s insultation (spell check does not like that word but Mirriam-Webster does, although on a limited basis) of the American voters, and how the regime used it to deceive Americans in order to push through Obamacare, but the mainstream media has largely ignored the story.
Why is that? That of course was meant to be a rhetorical question because I think we all know the answer but Dr. Ben Carlson drove the point home so I thought I would share it because he goes beyond this story and includes the other scandals within the Obama regime and the mainstream media’s unwillingness to cover them.
Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber is turning into the gift that keeps on giving: Earlier this year he was twice caught on video admitting that the Federal exchange exclusion from handing out subsidies was not a mistake–this could undermine the government’s assumed argument that the exclusion was a typo and not the intent of the law–and now he has been caught for a third time talking about the stupidity of the American voters and how the writers of the law were able to use this to deceive the American people in order to pass the healthcare reform law.
Here is more:
Yesterday Obamacare architect Jon Gruber backtracked from his statement about the need for a lack of transparency in the healthcare legislation due to the stupidity of the American voter, saying he regretted his “off the cuff” remark.
But it appears as if his “off the cuff” remarks are well rehearsed because it turns out this is not the first time he has called the American voters stupid, here is another example:
How many times have we said the ruling class elitists think they are better and smarter than the American people? How many times have we said they think they know what is best for us and that we do not? This is a perfect example of the mindset of the elitists in this country but this is not even the first time this has happened to Mr. Gruber.
Veterans Day 2014
I apologize for getting this up so late but here goes:
At eleven o’clock in the morning, on the eleventh day of the eleventh month in 1918, the Treaty of Versailles was signed, bringing the Great War, the war to end all wars, WWI to an end. November 11th is known throughout most of the world as Armistice or Remembrance Day, but after WWII there was growing sentiment in the United States that November 11th should be a time to honor all veterans. In 1954 President Eisenhower signed a bill that turned Armistice Day into Veterans Day, declaring it a national holiday.
To borrow a phrase from President Lincoln’s Gettysburg address, “it is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.”
Obamacare architect apologizes for calling the American voters stupid, but lies about typos in the law
Yesterday Obamacare architect Jon Gruber was caught on video admitting that the law was purposely written to deceive the American people while claiming it had to be done because of the “stupidity of the American voter.”
Needless to say he has come under quite a bit of criticism for his comment, and rightfully so considering Barack Obama promised to have the most open and honest administration in history, and today he kinda, sorta apologized for this comment.

According to this story a Veteran’s Day event which was to be held in Wisconsin’s Eau Claire school district has been cancelled over a dispute about firearms. Officials of the school district oppose the use of firearms during the course of the event.
The firearms in question? There was to be a 21 gun salute. As we all know, during a 21 gun salute the weapons fire blanks–not live ammo. But still they would not budge.
